The room was large and included a coffee table with two chairs; bathroom lovely and spacious and tissues were included; bed comfortable; I didn't find time to go to the spa! There was no coffee in the room, only tea!

Honestly everything. The kitchenette was great. Some minor gripes about cleanliness and the general condition of the room

Restaurant was not working from 3pm. Not ok as I was using spa and had to stress to make dinner on time.

It was quite hot in the room and AC was a bit weak. Opening window solved the issue

Location, breakfast, sauna Nothing

I booked this Hotel for location and parking facilities. Its not my first time here. And always satisfying Nothing what I can say

Location. Staff. Clean and renovated room. Superb breakfast. Sluggish internet. It was dropping connection every 5-10 min even it shows connected all the time. It is probably Ok for occasional browsing but it would be a challenge to do some work that requires steady connection.

The staff in the restaurant was amazing. All the food was great. The breakfast was exceptional. Room was clean and spacious. SPA area was clean and tidy The SPA access hours are weird. TV in the room does not have Netflix app on it and can't even acces it whit the browser, because the software is out of date. The underfloor heating in the barhroom was not working well. We had a double bed, but had to use separate comforters, because they were really small

We thought the hotel looked beautiful and new. It's situated in a really good location, only about 5min walk from the beach, a beautiful park and about 10min walk to the main street wth the restaurants. We had a person in a wheelchair and the location and hotel was perfect for someone with reduced mobility.The room had balcony, comfy beds, blackout curtains and it was quiet - perfect for light sleepers. Little details like a bottle of water in the room, coffee/tea and a kettle, also robe, slippers and toiletries. They also have a spa and childrens play room. The breakfast was delicious, you have a choice of hot meals to choose from the menu and then there is a few different types of bread and ham and cheese and different types of cold food laid out buffet style. Everything was fresh and tasty. A separate word about the staff, they were so polite and accommodating, the reception ladies very friendly. We loved it in there and planning to come back.

But what impressed us the most were the dinners – the food was delicious, well-prepared and surprisingly affordable. And the dessert, the mushroom pie with ice cream, was simply amazing – a perfect finish to the meal. Every dish exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our stay! The only thing we didn’t like was that the sauna could have been a bit hotter.

The room needs renovation: the water is leaking in some places (near the bathroom) and this may cause the formation of fungi.

Room layout and bed were really comfortable. Nice balconies and plenty natural light. Good kids play area with engaging games/toys Delicious breakfast. Good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent front desk staff. Especially Romanus. Nothing
