Stunning, comfortable room; lovely hospitality; perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at Bellaroto Suite and Spa!! Michele did a wonderful job of introducing us to Palermo upon our arrival. He told about all of the great sites to see in the city and made notes on a map for us. This map illustrated the best things to go see and do in the city and the best ways to get there. The suite was big and beautiful, right in the middle of the city in the very best way. Michele was always available for questions at any time and was always quick to respond. We would stay at the Bellaroto Suite and Spa again and would hapiuly recommend it to others as well. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!!! Lovely and spacious room , incredible host Michele and excellent location. Michele gave us terrific recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Also we had booked this hotel in particular as it is part of a group of businesses of addiziopizzo who do not pay protection(extortion money) to the mafia. Liked everything

Fantastic location! Spacious room, and clean. Loved the breakfast cafe! Not much. Could be noisy at night but it’s a city so to be expected.

The property was very comfortable and felt very upscale. Bed was super nice as was the sheets. Breakfast was at a nearby popular restaurant and was so much more than a typical Italian breakfast. The host was super helpful. Location was perfect for sightseeing as well. Slept like a baby! Nothing

A very central accommodation in Palermo, spacious, clean, with access to shared kitchen with coffee and snacks. Michele is an amazing host, very welcoming, friendly and full of great recommendations on what to do in the city of Palermo and around. He was also very helpful in arranging the parking for us (not easy for a non-local!). The acoustic insulation could have been better, might be noisy for a light sleeper (I had no issues without earplugs but not sensitive).

I absolutely loved staying here. It was centrally located next to some great sites in Palermo. The room was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had lost my credit card at the airport and they were so helpful and really was there to offer suggestions and recommendations. That was sincerely appreciated. I liked everything about this hotel.

Location was in the old city center. The property is brand new with comfortable beds and pillows. The parking was arranged by Michele with a valet service - highly recommended for Palermo. The typical italian breakfast ( cappucccino, croissant and orange juice ) was included in the price and served in a nearby bar 30 meters from apartment. Michele gave us very good recommendation for dinner where we eat the best caponata and other delicates. The restaurant was 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Easy to check in and check out. Great choice for Palermo! Everything was great ! Keep doing so !

Room was large, very clean and comfortable. There was no lift, only a flight of stairs. A little difficult with luggage, especially for seniors. The check-in staff were very helpful in assisting with our luggage up the stairs. Breakfast was included, but you had to go outside the building to a restaurant close by where you gave the waiter your breakfast card for the day.

Design and location

We absolutely loved our stay. Michele was a great host. He shared the best location for tourists also where locals go to eat or drink. Very knowledgeable and proud of his city. Rooms are big and comfortable. You are 100 meters from 3 amazing churches. Walking distance to everything. It’s no more the 25 minute walk to any historical location of Palermo.

Location 10 out of 10, so convenient and everything is so closed to apartment. Everything in room perfect, bed and pillow so comfortable that even in the morning don’t want get up ? Cute and care of Michele and his beautiful wife Valentina. Clean room with everyday cleaning, all stuff what you need for breakfast and if you enjoy staying at apartment for a lunch. But the most incredible and surprising thing is fresco painting on the ceiling, which goes to the 1200-1300 years , which as owners told discover when have started some repairing works. At that moment the feelings that you even indirected was closed to the history of that house, where the owner by name of reach family Belloroto on last had the theater its blow your mind No

The valet parking situation was stressful. I know it's Palermo but accessing and dropping off the car was a bit more difficult than expected

Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, very clean and excellent location. Very helpful staff and very welcoming. I asked for an extra 30 mins to check out slightly late and they said no. Really? Nearly everywhere I've ever stayed affords you some extra time, especially when it's only 30 minutes.

Beautiful room in central location. Hotel manager was attentive and highly responsive. N/A
