Use digital code so we are not limited to keys, it was three of us in a room, so we can leave the property at our own pace (between friends) The Ac in the room wasn’t strong, takes a long time to cool down a bit, def needs a Maintanace

Apartment was in an excellent location close to amazing shops, bars, train station all within walking distance

It was very comfortable and private with an elevator. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent location. The staff were also super friendly and let me keep my luggage for a few hours after checkout even though I never asked or expected it. I had a car but felt my belongings (computer, work cell phone, etc.) would be safer there. Bathroom smelled.

Great location, very comfortable and clean bathroom and bedroom, a frigobar with many options of beverages at fair price. The owner was kind and supportive, and he atores the suitcases for us until late afternoon and showed us a bathroom we could use when picking up the suitcases. I strongly recommend it. Everything was fine and worked well

Not really the fault of the hotel but the slightest noise from the street could be heard in the room. Also, I'd imagine taking a shower in winter could be a bit cold because there's no shower curtain and the bathroom is huge and the ceiling is high; perhaps having the heater running will help.

Nice room in the center of Palermo. Good base for exploring The bed was too soft for my taste. The AC smelled a bit mouldy and should be maintained soon

Fantastic location for the price, close to all main sights and great restaurants. The room was great and comfortable but a couple of mornings there was a drain smell from the bathroom, but when we mentioned it the next morning was OK so they must have fixed it.
