The location is perfect. It’s close to transportation (trains,trams, and buses). Shopping and restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk. The interior is very beautiful and clean. There’s really nothing wrong with this property. My only issue was the air conditioning. The air conditioning is controlled by the owner so you can’t adjust it to your comfort level. It’s set at a high temperature that’s not comfortable for someone who isn’t accustomed to Sicily July temperatures. This is truly the only negative about this location.

AC didn’t work properly and the room was so hot during our stay. Apparently the AC was “working fine” even though we couldn’t sleep without breaking a sweat…. Not normal to advertise working AC and actually it’s just a fan that blows a little cold air. Check in and checkout could’ve been made more clear prior to arriving. Bed was not comfortable at all with only 2 flat pillows and hard mattress.

The bathroom shower was phenomenal! Everything was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally quiet and clean. Very comfortable evening and the host was a pleasure to communicate with - very responsive and extremely helpful, including carrying my luggage upstairs! Even found a small storage area to where I could leave my luggage and provided me with entry instructions after check-out! Wonderful staff! The inconvenience of the out of order elevator; however, this was not the host's fault and not in their control. They did everything they could to help during my stay.

Nothing, kitchen dirty…..no coffee, no WiFi, password posted does not work! Minimal toiletries, bed very uncomfortable and the staff never changed the linens for 3 days. Stains on the sheets prior to our arrival! Shower stall in the bedroom, not in the bathroom!

Everything was great! The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean, and the location was perfect - close to the train station and the city center. Our host, Marco, was very, very helpful and easy to communicate with.

the air didn't work.. TV was hard to get to work.. had to sleep with the window open which resulted in a bunch of mosquitos in the room.. bad nights sleep.

It was large and with 2 bathrooms. It was so dirty we left and found a clean place to stay. The sheets were dirty The floor was swept but not mopped and vary dirty None of the flat surfaces were clean The dishes were dirty The counter top was so rusty it pealed off in pieces. I requested a refund for the night we did not stay and we were ignored. I would not stay here!

easy check in, nice shower, close to station and 20 min walk to the centre. Has a hot tub. Apparment is small no washing machine pantry no well stocked ( no basic spices ect) if you do want do some cooking you will have to buy allot of the items from scratch.

The room I was provided was really comfortable as were the facilities built with a modern bathroom and king size bed. It was also quiet at night when trying to sleep which was surprising considering it was on a main road. The building was also very close to the central station so access to other cities was reasonable. The only issue I had was that the lift to the third floor looked old and unsafe to use so I decided to use the stairs every time.

Great room, modern and sleek. Fabulous bathroom. Great parking facilities and links to public transport. Good communication from property about check in. The bathroom was so fantastic and the shower needs a whole review of its own. Location was good but walk to the centro felt a bit sketchy.

The location was perfect for the train station. The room was really well designed & maintained. It was an interesting building with some thoughtful pieces of furniture. The area it was in was very run down. The actual building & apartment was very good so try not to be put off.

The things we did not like about the property (we travelled as 5 adults occupying 3 rooms); 1. We were shocked by the very bad smell of the entrance. 2. The small old elevator when it was working is a scary experience. Elevator stopped working on our check out day. Everyone had to carry luggage down 3 floors and experiencing the bad stench. 3. Air conditioning stopped working in one room on one night. Then stopped working in another room for the last night of our 3 night stay.

Clean and modern, big shower, nice staff AC worked but didn’t seem to chill, maybe some instructions on how to use it would’ve helped :)
