Great location, everything important is on 5-15min walk, great staff, spot clean

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. When my husband had to be hospitalized in Palermo, the staff went out of their way to find me accommodations closer to the hospital. The bathroom was a little bit tricky because there was a step up to the toilet, shower, and sink, which could have posted a problem in the middle of the night. Fortunately, we were able to avoid any mishaps.

We stayed 3 nights here. Location is good we can park our car easily in front of apartment. Room and whole apartment is clean, breakfast you have all you need and staffs are very helpful. We got a room with bathroom outside. For us there is no problem at all. Nothing

Nothing I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves a warning. There was mold in the bathroom and a weird smell that never went away. Worst part? The bathroom wasn't even in our room, we had to walk through a busy corridor just to use it, which felt super uncomfortable and awkward. Also, the walls are paper-thin-you can literally hear people walking and talking outside the room at all hours. Oh and the people that you can hear screaming and being so loud are the girls working there, never the guests ! Dont get me started on the breakfast, u get a dry unseasoned egg with a piece of toast and they call it a day ? Definitely not worth the money. Avoid if you care about hygiene or basic comfort.

Cleaning every day and fresh towels,very good breakfast, staff were very polite and friendly, smooth and easy to check in/out, great place to stay for two nights to explore the city . The mattress wasn't too comfortable, but the duvet sets were clean and had a fresh smell which is great !

Well-run, extremely clean, with a great breakfast including friendly personal service. I never would have expected such a nice place so close to the train station. The doors to the balcony effectively eliminated street noise - not that there was so much traffic on that street.

We liked the ability to come and go whenever we wanted to. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement. Every morning at breakfast the ladies were very slow to clear the tables - they ran out of butter for at least 2 days and we had to continuously ask for milk as it wasn’t left out for cereal or tea. The room was very noisy and needs better sound proofing from the external traffic. Also the hot water stopped working so had to go out one morning not being able to wash. So disappointing and now I’m being told I didn’t leave a city tax when I wasn’t asked to do so.

Good locating if you are arriving/departing in an unusual hour. Very close to the train station. Room is very good and clean. Staff is wonderful. Easily walkable to all the sights and marina. Breakfast is served right in front of the rooms. Be rate to be waken up before 8 am and have a noice for a couple of hours of other guest chatting and moving. Sliding door is more of a joke.. doesn’t isolate any noise.

Very well operated. Communication with owner was good. Soundproofing on main road was essential. Bright room with ensuite. Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely. Shower could of been alot cleaner. Step in bathroom was a little dangerous. Bed was very low.
