Mauricio was an exceptional and incredibly knowledgeable host. He generously shared fascinating insights about the city, demonstrating a deep understanding of its history and effortlessly answering every question we had. The room itself was clean, spacious, and bright, with air conditioning that worked perfectly throughout our stay. The large shower head was a welcome luxury and truly refreshing after a long day of exploring. Breakfast offered was a variety, with cold meats, yoghurt, cereal, and more. The location was close to the port area with plenty of dining options, just a 15-minute walk from the historic quarter. The airport shuttle stop was conveniently located only a 5-minute walk away. If we visited Palermo, we would stay in this hotel again. Would have been nice if there was a shower caddy or a small shelf in the shower area to keep the shower items.

His guidelines about where to go, what to see and to taste, his stories about the city, culture, habits, flavors and colors made our trip to Palermo wonderful experience. Staying at this beautiful place was such a nice experience. Mauro and his staff are very kind. Everything is well organised and same time relaxed, which made us feel very welcome. Perfect location easy to access from the airport and to get to many of the historical buildings and locations in the city. Very clean and comfortable room with everything you need. Mauro was very friendly and so helpful guiding through the map telling me lots of useful information, made my stay so much more enjoyable! Also gave me wonderful restaurant recommendations! Everything was perfect thank you!

Mauro was fantastic

The rooms were clean, spacious, bed very comfortable, and the location was perfect for both our rental car return and catching the ferry in the morning. Great restaurants nearby.
