Loved the decor, the breakfast, and location. I loved everything about it. If I had to say something, there should be a little more light in the rooms like ceiling lights. It was hard to see.

Secure, Clean, organized, fresh, renovated, well designed, and well decorated Location and surrounding areas that resemble a third world country is shocking!! Especially if you’re unaware of the history of city or concerned with the terrorist situations as result of the Middle East conflict.

Wonderful staff! Allesandra, Chiara, Noemi, Francesca and all the staff treated us like family. Room was gorgeous with very comfortable pillows! Beautiful views. Perfect location to walk everywhere. We can’t wait to return! It was perfect in every way!

Central location in a quiet area close to Quattro Canti. Restored palazzo with lots of historic charm and optimum amenities. The Michelin star breakfast was a great experience. Nothing.. it was great!

Every thing just perfect ! If I could give them higher than 10 , even 12 , would !! In my opinion they are definitely five stars hotel! Not 4 ! The staffs were so unbelievably kind , and delicious local ingredients breakfast , and the hotel it self was like a museum / gallery! I loved every minute of being there and all the staffs , they treated me like part of their team , one very special staff , a young lady , who works as a housekeeping, names Samir who does amazing job, she is given and did alternating my pants so professionally, done by next day, so can wear it right away ! Their team work was amazing ! And many thanks to Ylenia , who gave me a couple of recipes of Sicilian breakfast & Musa , his extra kindness ! The manager, David who kindly gave me all the great restaurants of all the cities I will be visiting in Sicily . I thank each one of them for the incredible sweet memories ! Tanti Auguri ! Ciao ! Beautiful, comfortable rooms and outstanding staff. Centrally located and easy to see most all of Palermo on foot. Had a fantastic stay.

The building was beautiful, the lighting and aesthetic were top notch and the staff was absolutely lovely. It felt like we had built in friends to care for us each day. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the street below and it made for perfect mornings and sunsets. The room was the cleanest I’ve ever experienced and the bathroom was incredible. We also loved the breakfast each morning. The orange juice was to die for… as were so many other pastries. Leaving. :(
