The staff was wonderful. They were always willing to help out. Great attitude. The pool area was clean and comfortable. The pools were well maintained. I am not fussy. I camp all the time. What upsets me is I was mislead into believing “The Chalet” I booked would be a cabin, not a shack. We could hear our neighbors’ conversations and I’m sure they could hear ours. The outdoor lights and smoke seeped through the cracks in the walls. There was an extra fee for towels and we even had to buy our own toilet paper. It was way over priced. For $200 per night we could have stayed at a nice hotel.
