The Breakers Palm Beach

The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast each morning was delicious, we particularly enjoyed breakfast at the Beach Club restaurant. We wound up spending a lot more time on the property than we originally intended and loved every minute of it. Will definitely be back!

What a great experience I recommend everybody experience the Breakers hotel in Palm Beach at least one time in their life.

The whole experience at The Breakers was delightful. The beautiful property, the courtesy of the staff, the ambiance, restaurants, spa... everything makes you feel pampered and special.

The hotel is wonderfull and the restaurants are excellent There was a lot of sargassum and bad smell in certain areas of the hotel. It is important to clean and collect it

The property is spectacular. Very special! But the management is terrible. Very old school without trying to help the guests. Very sad

For a resort -No entertainment available-did not have live music or a lounge type club so low on the entertainment no shows or anything like that. Beautiful reminds me of France or Italy if you like historic. Courtyard and atrium were my favorite. Guests can feel a bit like being at a country club they aren’t invited to.

Secondly, every time we needed to use our car from valet services, we waited almost a 1/2 hour. Yes, we called down repeatedly to ensure it was available, to no avail. We were told there was a lot of construction going on—Yet we could see our car in the parking lot!! There had to be at least 15 employees standing around! Very inefficiently run front entrance. The other areas at the Breaker, food services, room service, cleaning, pool waiters, and shop employees were all very attentive and professional. Front entrance staff needs to definitely get their act together!!

I wish I’d knew the hotel was under construction. Lots of snakes around the pool area

We have traveled a lot through the states and some in Europe and I can honestly say this is the finest luxury hotel I have ever stayed in. If you have the opportunity, you should try and book a stay there as well.

Property was excellent and well maintained with great restaurants, amazing food and drinks. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious.

Breakers allows infant in diapers in the adult pool. Nasty!

Amazing place to stay. Nice suite, good food, nice shopping. Minor point is the cleaning of our room lacked a little bit. The hair dryer didn’t heat well.
