Very friendly, helpful staff. Unexpected treats like parties, fire pit, beverages. Breakfast was limited and did not vary, but quite adequate. Might have used better signage (e.g. lobby entrance unlabeled). Maze was huge, complex and busy.

The place is easy and fun; rooms are nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Casa Oliver is everything you’d want it to be. It’s not the 4 seasons, but it is perfect for a comfortable easy friendly gay resort. I can’t think of a thing I’d change. Maybe a restaurant/bar but I think there’s legal stuff with that and clothing optional. Grocery, liquor store and CVS is close by.

It was obvious that we were put in an old room because we booked through Expedia. We were told our room was scheduled to be cleaned but nothing was cleaned. The excuse was they had 18 checkins. Was told someone would fix the shutters because they didn’t stay shut. That didn’t happen. The room only got cleaned because I asked the housekeepers directly. Unfortunately the property is showing the lack of effort and wear n tear.

Clean fun and welcoming….great time

We were a bit disappointed in our room itself. We reserved an updated room off of the reflection pool. However, were given a garden view room. The location was fine; it was just not what we reserved and needed a bit of work. The room itself was clean, but the tile floors were filthy and left the bottom of our feet black after a shower. It would have been nice to have designated parking for guests staying at the property, and an actual key card to let you in if the lobby is closed. Sunday Funday was enjoyable and the snacks provided were an added bonus.

The staff were all friendly and helpful when asked, but the standard of service is not very high. the pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. There is a maze or labyrinth for guys to cruise in and it seems popular a large part of the day from walk in traffic. Breakfast was OK, nothing memorable. The coffee was pretty good.

Significant improvements since my previous stays. The new owners are doing a great job, and I'm hopefull they will continue to make this the best property in the area.
-
Wonderful staff! The pool is heated, which is very nice cause the temperature drops when the sun sets. Seems like there's more traffic during the day than it is in the evening.

It’s not a huge place which was fine. Modern and intimate. Location in Palm Springs is kind of perfect. They are renovating a cafe; adding a massage room and outdoor gym. It’s definitely in transition. They and their staff are totally on top of things. Nothing affected our stay at all. We had a renovated room; up to date and well done. Great bed; bathroom modern with good water pressure. We also had 2 dogs with us. There weren’t a lot of other dogs. That was ok. Ours were fine there. Pool area is nice. Lots of chairs. Music. People get day passes so there’s extra people there. That was a plus 😁. We will definitely come back more than one time. So happy we found Casa Oliver!

Friendly staff.

The room we stayed in was very nice—recently renovated. We had a good stay.

Staff and everyone was fantastic but the shower in the room really needs work.

Very fun place to stay durning pride. The staff is so amazing. Very friendly! Assisted with any request we had. Also the resort is very clean. The rooms are a bit dated in some areas but looks like most are being updated. Great pool parties! Overall great stay and would recommend!

Super Friendly staff, the property is well maintained. They are still working in renovating the property and doing a great job at it. This is a beautiful facility. The Sunday social was wonderful with a dj and appetizers. We had a wonderful extended weekend with them.

I give 8 out of 10 for the room. Super clean, roomy and comfortable. The bed was so fresh and comfortable to sleep in. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The pool was a little foggy. And the Oliver cafe where you can have access 24 hrs, for coffee and snacks, could use a little more care. I wanted to make coffee one morning and there was no creamer or milk. The refrigerators were both empty. Would be nice if they could stack them with water bottles and sodas. My stay was on Sunday and Monday. On Sunday, the resort was pretty fun. There was maybe about 20 people by the pool area (mostly people visiting by day passes). Monday was pretty dead. Also I’ve checked the indoor maze during my stay, multiple times at different hours and there was absolutely nobody in there. I’m sure the resort would be more fun on Friday through Sunday or specially on a long weekends / holidays… overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The only sad thing is that the coffee machine didn't work. But oh well.
