I really liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It feels like an older property that has been nicely refurbished and is very well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location is excellent with everything in Palmanova within easy walking distance, including the beach, restaurants and shops. The pool area and common spaces are also very nice making it easy to relax during the day. Overall, a solid and enjoyable stay with great vibes. The main downside for me were the beds. Being 2 meters tall, they felt quite narrow and a bit short which made sleeping less comfortable than expected. Also the elevator situation could be improved as there are only two main elevators plus one side elevator that only goes up to the second floor, which can be inconvenient during busy times or when carrying luggage.

Great price quality ratio and amazing location!! The food was good overall, amazing service, the staff were very nice and helpful. The best thing is that everything is nearby and the beach was a barely 5min walk. The rooms could be better (for example have a queen size bed instead of 2 small beds joined together).

The location was great, right across from the beach. The hotel was relatively clean despite being very busy, and the food offered a good variety for an all-inclusive resort. Another big advantage was the bus stop located just a two-minute walk from the hotel entrance. It made getting to Palma and the Old Town very easy and convenient without needing a car. Although the reception is open 24 hours, the staff always seemed overwhelmed and rarely had time to properly assist guests. It often felt like they were just trying to get to the next person in line. In my opinion, the hotel was understaffed for its size, and the employees looked exhausted. The hotel is very large, with many floors, but there are only two elevators. We stayed on the third floor and mostly used the stairs, but guests staying higher up, families with strollers, or elderly visitors often had to wait a long time for an elevator. The hotel is very close to the beach, but it doesn't have a private beach area. If you wanted a drink while at the beach, you had to leave your belongings, walk back to the hotel, and wait in line. The token system made the process even slower. Personally, the token system wasn't a major issue because I don't drink much during the day. I can also see that it helps reduce waste and keeps the hotel cleaner. However, there were many times when I simply decided not to get a drink because I didn't want to stand in a long queue. The hotel is very child-friendly, which can be either a positive or a negative depending on your preferences. If you are looking for a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere, I would recommend choosing an adults-only hotel instead.

The staff were very friendly and the food was good. The beds are far too small. Hairdryer in my room didn't work.

Cleanliness Location Thinking it would be nice to have more English native staff it felt a bit too local.

Everything There was nothing that I didn't like .everything was fine. Maybe getting a drink system . But it didn't bothered me as I dont drink alcohol much , ,

The food, the family friendly resort per total. Here and there could be cleaner but no big deal.

Beach was pretty Pool area was overcrowded, Food was just ok; every meal the same thing for breakfast, lunch and dinner; Scrambled eggs weren't cooked enough, very watery. Asked for a wake up call but never happened, thank goodness I woke up myself on time. Reception said they called twice but it never rang; phone must have been broken; Called and spoke with young man about 1 month before flying. I asked about shuttle service and he said there is free shuttle service from the hotel to airport. Luckily two days before we flew I asked to put our name on the list for the shuttle and she said there isn't any free shuttle service from the hotel. Very bad communication from the young man I spoke to. Thank you and glad we got to finally get a taxi on time. The tub is dangerous with not being able to move the glass door on the tub. Getting out is very dangerous as it is in the back of the shower where the slant is on the tub. Very dangerous as it sloping and dangerous getting in and out of the tub!!!

Check in took over an hour. When I finally got to the front of the queue I was pretty frustrated. The staff couldn’t have cared less. When I suggested it might have been nice to apologise for the wait and give some sort of words of welcome the staff member sarcastically said ‘wel-come’. We booked the hotel for the splash pad playground for the kids but arrived to find it isn’t open until the end of April every year. There was no kids pool at all. The only pool was only open until 4 every day, was unheated and was far too deep for the kids to be in unless we were physically in there with them. On check-out day housekeeping hammered on my bedroom door repeatedly at 8am until I got up and answered the door. They wanted to know what time I would be vacating the room. Really?! Waking us all up at 8am when we were on holiday?! I was so annoyed as she had woken up our son. When i pointed this out she just shrugged and walked off.
