Portion size for main courses for evening meals

Most things were excellent. Bike garage and interaction with staff was great. Room and massive balcony was excellent. Only quibble at busy times was availability of loungers. Also a few too many groups of guys which didn't add to the ambience. Nothing not to like.

Location of the hotel is prefect. Food was good. We had a room with private pool which was awesome. The beach is across the streat. Supermarket is in front of the hotel.

Great location and amenities. We found bugs in our room. We claimed to the front desk but no action taken.

Nice room with lovely view across the beach area. Good location and very clean. We paid for a Privilege room but wouldn't do this again. Although the staff work very hard, there aren't enough staff to cater for the hotel facilities. We waited an hour for a drink on the roof top terrace and more than an hour for food at the snack bar. Food at the snack bar is very sub standard and we had to return our meal.

The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The dinner was great. The many pools outside were unique. The required online check-in process was a little tedious. But it actually made the process faster after it was completed.

our room was exceptional, we had a beautiful sea view with a decent size balcony, breakfast each morining had a fantastic selection . the pools were spotless plenty of beds available at any time and the spa was an added bonus

Best location

Only Daniel and Ivan was really polite and professional stuff from all stuff who we have been talking. They was following really stared communication, with no bull shit, only service, action and survival, they was perfectly dressed as a hotel stuff as well (compared to their “senior stuff”), they try make our stay at least “good”. As a family we stay there for a week. During booking process was feels that you coming for a hotel wishing is deserved 4 stars and 250+€ per night. With nice view and atmosphere. But, it is depends to what they mean under what they are presenting their self on booking platforms. The small thinks in summary ruins the stay there. That’s our trip, but always you can choose if you like attraction. Things like a - Complimentary drink- bottle of water. Good sign. - Simple as all poor hotels do, put the best photo on booking platforms for all types of apartments, and then once you arrive, all about your luck. - Chlorine smell everywhere - 1 euro of towel refreshment - 2 euro for ice at included breakfast - 2 euro for storage - Walls made by tissue - The elevator took only 3 persons. So always some one should go upstairs. (We was living at 5th floor) - Every dring you take you pay directly you can’t enjoy and pay all your evening or pool time after enjoyment. Or on the end. You should out of pool if waiter bring your drinks and to pay it on the spot. - Electricity in room works on movement sensors. So you sleep quite, your devices not charging. - The bedsheets in 6 nights no one change. - The towels was changed only once. And they say we are saving the water to safe the planet. Thats they call the reason. - I was inform them, a week before arrival, that we coming with the pregnant woman and would like to have care, and after my complaints they give complimentary bottle of “prosecco” with same poor quality as their “premium 4 star”. - If you don’t use elevator of main building you are not aware of events going on, because in “amazing sea view apartments” located in best “panoramic buildings” have only vending machines with some drinks and snacks to not die until you get main building. So all the time You are out of Knowledge that there is life music or something like that. Thanks god they have waiter Ivan who was inviting our group to join the events. ...

Excellent food for breakfast and dinner. Lovely atmosphere in the pool area, quiet and nice. The pool itself was really nice, plenty of room. Nice shows almost every night. Great location right by the beach. Staff was very nice and welcoming, always helpful. Sauna was also good. Dining room staff couldn't give answers regarding the food (what was vegetarian, certain ingredients, etc.). Room curtains don't block the light well so can't sleep in. Mattress was uncomfortable.

Proximity of the beach, quiet, 3 different pools, nice breakfast. Rooftop access is paid or only for premium superior rooms, property a bit updated and the bed not the most comfortable.

Our noisy neighbors in the next room, but that was not the hotels fault.

Pool area clean quiet vibe. Gym was very good, Food was amazing Location of my room. There was a court yard with high walls instead of a balcony with a view. But I think the price was reduced compared to a sea view room

Pool area closes at 18:00, we didnt even get to see it, it would be nice if it was open untill at least susnset. Breakfast lacks variety.
