The rooms were clean and I loved my balcony! The pool area was very fun to hang by as well. Slightly noisy but not horrible

rooms were surprisingly quiet Why can’t they fix the cold food situation? Everyone complains about it. The silver trays are in a water bath, but they’re uncovered so things are never going to stay hot. I don’t ever want to eat cold eggs again.

Location, the room was clean, and breakfasts were good. We had everything we needed. It would be better if the water were warmer in the swimming pool. Literally, it was cold. But it didn’t bother us a lot, as we went to the beaches.

The location of this hotel is good quite near the beach. Breakfast/ all day brunch is good. Lovely canteen area. The receptionist was a lovely friendly lady. I don't like the checkin yourself in this hotel. The receptionist ends up having to do it for you anyhow. Noticed this with everyone that had to check in.. That's what reception staff are there for the personal touch, meet and greet and check you in. Check in yourself is very impersonal and I don't want receptionist loosing there jobs to computers stuck to a wall. The decor in the hotel room was quite dark and gloomy. The beds are small and I found quite uncomfortable.

It was modern, super central and the staff went above and beyond to help and it was great value for money. The double beds were two singles together which often split apart. Could be done with some stoppers or something to stop them splitting apart. Also a lot of the public bathroom soap dispensers were empty throughout the week in the hotel. Just two minor things that didn’t spoil a great stay.

The ease of checking, the location, the room, and the breakfast were all excellent! I enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and the restaurants along the beachfront. And the staff were excellent. Everything was excellent.

Cozy and modern interior, great location, tasty breakfast — and it’s amazing that it’s unlimited until 1:30 pm! The pillows were uncomfortable, and the mattress was too soft for my husband. Noise insulation is quite poor — it was easy to hear other guests and hallway noises. The door closers also made the doors shut very loudly

Great location, 3 minutes of slow walk to the beach, bus stop including airport bus line, shops around including restaurants and still quiet. Better then hotels near busy street for sure. Pool view can be still closer to street depends which side of hotel you stay, but still good offering sunset. Stuff is helpful and never stop during breakfast. Air conditioning in room works really well. Room was completely cleaned every day, towels changed etc. Wifi speed was around 200Mbit. Pool is super refreshing, warm enough, nice shadow, enough sunbeds, even some days, most of them were occupied by 12, so people find place rather earlier. Room size looks small but there is nice space in bathroom and balcony. Nice renovation and overall cleanliness. Comfortable sitting area outside open till midnight with bar. Microwave for food delivery next to reception. Available luggage area. Breakfast refill always done fast, hadn't any issue. Bathroom next to the reception, so no need to go back to the room of you stay by pool. TV offers screen sharing so you can watch using smartphone. Good curtains in the room, still dark in the morning. Would rate higher but it was really annoying being woken up by smashing and squeaky doors every day, even ear plugs I bought later weren't enough. Plaster around doors falling down in hallway as somebody close doors hard. There can be some noise from other rooms, if somebody has shower late in night but from rooms through hallway is the worst, various kinds of sounds... Not much furniture for storage but not big deal. Quality of breakfast could be better, late brunch is nice option but after couple days it's just almost same, coffee not that good. No alergens listing but stuff can help as mentioned on info board. Would be nice at least for pastry. Plates in breakfast had often dried tiny leftovers, cups look old. Better clean process would be nice, not blaming stuff, they never stop. Also birds outside come searching for food, sitting on tables, no chance for stuff to get rid of them every second. Most of the pool is 3m deep so harder for somebody to swim, but there are accessories for help and lifeguard.

Great hotel and location. Really comfortable beds and the bottomless brunch was really good.

The room view - we had no view at all ( not even a street view like what we have booked )- we were on the 1st floor - black restaurant roof with some dirty clothes on it in front of our balcony - it was really not what you would dream of . It is maybe a detail but it worsened the overall feeling from the hotel

The rooms are very nice and clean, the breakfast/brunch is also very nice. The best thing about this hotel is the pool! The location is also very good, we could move easily with a car and also there was always a free parking somewhere around the hotel. We used a gym twice also, which had the mostly used equipment. The check in we didn't like. The machines used for it are hard to use, and not very accurate. For example you scan a passport and it reads numbers and letters wrongly. And at that point there was a woman at the desk who could help us, but she was not interested in.
