Homewood Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach

These rooms are clean and a great size for family or friends. One of my favorite Hotels!!

Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. We waited about 5–6 minutes and called out for assistance. When the front desk employee finally arrived, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the wait. In fact, we were the ones who greeted her first. We noticed this throughout our stay as well—staff members would pass guests in the hall without greeting or acknowledging them unless we greeted them first. Our room was not cleaned initially. On the second day, we had to call and specifically ask for housekeeping to clean the room, and it was finally cleaned on the third day. We stayed in Room 111, and the refrigerator did not work. Unfortunately, we did not realize the extent of the problem until our food had spoiled. We had purchased fresh fruit, including blueberries and blackberries, and all of it had to be thrown away. At that point, we decided to pick our battles because simply getting basic things addressed had already become frustrating. Even getting fresh towels felt unnecessarily difficult. We repeatedly had to ask for them, and the hotel seemed extremely stingy with towels. Guests should not have to work this hard to get basic necessities during a hotel stay. Breakfast was also disappointing. It was essentially the same food over and over, with very little fresh fruit or variety. We have stayed in hotels all

We really enjoyed our stay. This is where we stay every time we travel to Panama City for baseball and it is always wonderful.

Staff was very friendly. Property is nice and convenient. Breakfast is ok. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. This was our second time staying at this Property, and it didn't feel that great this time around. On our last night we found a roach in our room. The hotel houses many guests with pets. Our room smelled like wet dog. The layout of the room is great. But we won't come back !

Property looked as if it was a new hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was centrally located to several attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean but wouldn’t provide us with extra towels and full room service

No late check out. Not even a chance for any Hiltons members. Taylor at front desk is not friendly. First day there i asked to get the room cleaned. Taylor said it was scheduled. Taylor called 3 Hours later to my cell asking if we wanted the room cleaned. Clueless and incompetent and inconvenienced to the customer. You can find better places to stay

The Family stayed here for a week and we had a Great Time. The Staff was wonderful, very Helpful and Friendly! I would recommend this Hotel!

Very nice Hotel, would definitely stay again. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Clean & well thought out hotel plan. Lots to choose from for breakfast. The only down fall is they don't have a full cleaning staff, so you have to wait for your cleaning day , which was ok for us.

The staff were not as welcoming. We had issues with our dishwasher and accommodated us to a different room which was worse. There was mold in the bathroom and the beds need to be replaced already. Very sinked in. The leg tables of the kitchen table kept bending. The cleaning is done superficially. We were right next to the gym and at night all the kids would go in there and play with the equipment unable to get a good nights rest. The breakfast was ok but the hash browns were stale every single time. The pool was so small unable to enjoy because just overly packed all the time.
