Everything about the hotel itself and location was great! I didn't like that i had to pay for parking and the holding fee, normally I wouldn't mind but booking.com didn't advise of this additional charge prior to my stay

Beautiful and clean everyone was so polite will visit again. Pool was amazing and drinks were delicious also the beach was awsome.

I booked this hotel for the fact that parking and beach chairs were included in the resort fee. When we arrived I was told at check in that the chairs and parking are now NOT included which is a huge disappointment. Stay was good and breakfast was good.

Room was clean and larger than most with plenty of room to walk around. Directly on the beach. Pier Park and Walmart less than 5 minutes away. Pool is big with a small lazy river and hot tub. Parking cost $20 but first floor is dedicated to Alvin's Island and most of second floor is dedicated to electric cars.

We call several times maintenance to assist with this annoyed noise.. without success. This ruined our week vacations. Please do something, is really impossible sleep..

the breakfast was good, it was very very clean. the restaurant downstairs was pretty good as well! the restaurant was a little expensive but i dont think thats on the hotel
