Amazing place to stay! Very cleaning and Welcoming!

I can't say enough about our stay at The Pearl. Our room had a view of the crystal blue gulf and overlooking the pool. The room was immaculate, the bar was hoping with two fantastic mixologists and we walked to the most amazing dinner and breakfast restaurants. It's a must see place.

This is the perfect property to stay at if you’re looking for a place for you and your wife. Amazing amenities, location and customer service. It’s a small property so their focus is high touch service. It’s also literally steps away from Rosemary Beach and they provide beach towels, chairs, water, sunscreen and umbrella. Very good value imo. We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday and their concierge team was able to build a custom package (can’t believe they could bake a custom birthday cake for her!!). We’ll definitely be back.

The Pearl has that perfect blend of comfort and laid-back 30A charm. But what really stood out was the people — warm, gracious and helpful in that special Southern way that makes you feel right at home.

This was our first time staying at The Pearl. It was beautiful, clean and relaxing. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We had great access to the beach that was less than a 5 minute walk.

Beautiful location, but the experience did not match the price point or expectations. Our room was directly next to weddings every night of our stay, with events taking place literally outside our window, and we were never warned. The weddings also precluded us from using the rooftop, and resulted in the restaurant and bar being closed intermittently for many meals over the 4 days. The room setup also does not work for a group — only one real bed, extremely uncomfortable pull-outs, poor pillows, and a bathroom door that didn’t fully close or lock. We ultimately had to book a second room ourselves after asking staff to notify us if one became available. Disappointing overall, especially given the cost.
