Have Netflix. Room clean and new

Very clean and comfortable! The staff was very helpful on attractions recommendations and the service was impeccable. +Washing machine 7.5kg and dryer were available to be used for free of charge. Detergent costed rm2. Which was absolutely fine. +Clean room and has almost everything you needed except for shampoo. Clothes iron and water dispenser available on the same floor(I was at level 2) +Netflix and snacks are available to be purchased starts at rm5. +Near Watson, Mydin, coffee shops such as kenangan, zus,bask bear and eateries. The standard double room is really small, and has no window(which I was unaware, my bad).The staff was kind enough to upgrade our room for free of charge! The one with windows and slightly bigger. I truly appreciate this gesture. Thank you so much? A little note, it can feel a bit stuffy due to its size,if you were to stay in the room for many hours during the day. Luckily for us, we were out throughout the day and returning at night. But even that a couple of hours before sleep with our luggages on the floor and many other things of ours,it was already a tiny bit uncomfortable. But, if you have only small bags or a solo traveler, this would be perfect, otherwise choose a bigger room in this hotel :)

I love that it is so clean and strategic since the hotel is surrounded with so many other facilities and shops. The only thing I have to comment about the hotel is how I wish it has a reserved parking spot for their customers. Apart from that, I’m very much satisfied.

The room is super tiny, it not recommend for family stay.

Clean and neat, not sure if they are new but looks well maintained. I got a free car air freshener. Space was maximized where it felt cramped. Water pressure is a bit low.

the lift , the staff was very nice , the air conditioning is broken at afternoon and most times at morning , we dont even have a space to salah , it is too narrow.
