Ramada by Wyndham Panama City

10 mins into checking in and going up to the room. We were in our way back down. The room had a smell of mold. The ceiling had stains. As if there was a leak and not repaired properly. The lamp shades were covered in mold. I called Expedia to notify them. Seeing that I booked through them. They helped with notifying the front desk. Was given a change of room but that room smelled and had mold just as bad as the first room. With medical issues I could not stay there. This should be closely looked at for being a recommendation on Expedia as a quality hotel

Decided upon Panama City to SURPRISE Husband for His birthday. Like the Pricing, The fact of FREE Breakfast... & Pool .Close to the Ferris Wheel & Dave & Busters. Also, The Fact it was On Hwy 98 which almost came straight from Pensacola Fla. The Fact that GPS took Us to the WRONG 4306 Hwy 98 because there are 2 different ones there in Pamama. 1) Once inside the room The Door WOULD NOT Lock PROPERLY. 2) PLUGS at head of bed DID NOT WORK‼️ She *Felicia* asked was there ANY OTHER plugs in Room We could use Hubby uses CPap & Hearing Aids & Nerve Stimulator 3) There was a shower cap covering apparatus on wall 4) AC appeared to be on 66 but it. STILL FELT LIKE 75 / 80 5) Picked up phone to call Front desk. Didn't work. Went downstairs to front desk talked to Felicia... She asked werect h ereSaid She'd come to room to check. 6) Shower Soap dispenser didn't work... Only Shampoo 15 minutes later....She arrived She arrived.... Check door...Said Oooh, it's NOT BROKEN...it's just OFF TRACK‼️ Ooh, and this one...Thats ((JUST )) the security lock Soo, obviously they were already aware of THIS issue YET DID NOT REPAIR IT.And the covered up item on wall, She stated Housekeeping should have caught that & REMOVED IT Someone tried to smoke in the Non Smoking room We thought we paid for...Covered up smoke alarms & carbon monoxide detector with Shower cap.

the room itself was nice ,it was clean, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable the continental breakfast was very good and the employees were nice and friendly

There was mold in the bathroom above the shower head

I only stayed one night and not two. I was not given a refund or explanation.

It was good the staff is super friendly and nice and attentive

Decently located, nice room. Staff was very rude about helping with changing reservations, I understand not a full refund or what not but staff would not assist at all.

My stay was great if i ever go back to Florida this is the hotel ill stay in

Rooms never get cleaned once sheets never get changed breakfast was waffles and eggs left a day early and paid more for it then it said online

Exceptional

The room was clean and housekeeping provided us with extra towels. The laundry room was right next door. Breakfast was good, first come first served. I would definitely stay again. Wish I could have taken advantage of the pool but it didn't look too clean.
