- Clean room - Clean toilet - Easy to get around, many places to eat nearby - Easy to get transportation (Blue Bird, Grab) WiFi in the room is terrible. It's difficult to have work meetings in the room.

The electricity from the state-owned electricity provider company (PLN) was shut down at around 2 am and unfortunately the genset operated by the hotel was off and under maintenance. Hence, we as a guest had to wait for more than one hour with no electricity (of course no air conditioner) at all. This should be anticipated in the future so that it will not create any inconvenience to all of the guests.

staff were friendly. the greatest dismal is the hygiene and safety level of the hotel. pillow case with spot of dry blood stain were used instead of being disposed for good, mug with chipped handle was placed at tea/coffee section. the fresh or changed towels had musty and damp smells.
