The staff is great and is trying to do their best to satisfy you. They are kind, available all the time and were very responsive to even the tiny requests, which was so much appreciated. The location is good from both the port and the old town. Nice breakfast and also dinner served at the Italian restaurant. In the first night we were upgraded to a bigger villa which was new and had some facilities not working yet (like the heated pool), so we asked to change the room the next night, the staff were responsive to address the issue

This property was extremely beautiful and serene. I loved every intricate detail of it! Indeed love the privacy and how my apartment was decorated and clean! Staff were also fantastic and very helpful.

I visited Mykonos for the first time and was expecting the charm of the island to be the highlight of the trip but it was actually the Nasta Hotel! Upon arrival we were greeted by Christina, who was really nice and provided us with useful instructions and recommendations. We were also upgraded from a suite with outdoor jacuzzi to a 4 bedroom and heated pool Vila. We couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the place! Everything in the Vila was immaculate, the design and attention to detail was divine. We enjoyed the most of the bedroom that was directly facing the heated pool, since it made sense to just use one bedroom throughout the stay. All in the Vila exceeded our expectations, everything was well equipped: Outdoor: heated pool which was cleaned every day by the kind staff. A lot of outdoor sun chairs, a resting area and an outdoor dining table. Bedrooms: the bedroom facing the pool had a very comfy bed, flat tv with Netflix, pristine toilet and double sink and shower. There was also a coffee machine so we could have a coffee or tea before going to bed and in the morning. Living Room: beautiful and huge couch, another flat tv with Netflix. Kitchen and dining room: beautiful and fully equipped, with possibility to have a chef cooked meal. Dining room had a door facing the outside pool. Other bedrooms: all beautiful with their own private bathrooms with showers. Besides the Vila we also enjoyed the included breakfast which was a very complete buffet. We dinned amazing Italian food as well in the restaurant. We didn’t get time to enjoy the gym, but we visited it and it had all the necessary equipment. All in all an amazing place, with very kind staff, great food and atmosphere. Will definitely come back to Nasta whenever I have the chance to visit Mykonos again. Everything was great.

Beautiful place and spacious! Wonderful views! True or even better than pictures There were creaking noises that kept us up the first day, construction that encroached on our privacy (especially when out and swimming, swimming pool was not heated!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and were so helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the receptionist provided me with great recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The room itself was beyond my expectations. It was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had such a restful night's sleep. The hotel staff truly went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!! Nothing! Everything was perfect!!!
