Everyone was friendly and helpful and even had a handicap chair for the shower

All the staff was nice especially the lady that was helping with breakfast. The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Location was nice. The I-dock.clock radio thing was a nice touch. So was the lighting. Our room needed to have the exhaust fan fixed.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Weekly rate is great. Weekend rates are a little more spendy. That could be better. But all the hotels in this area are the same

We had a good time and the staff was wonderful. However the Wi-Fi didn't work and we couldn't put our Netflix up because of that. Some of the property was outdated and I thought it was updated I would want to stay there but I don't want to pay for remodel.

Staff was friendly & wonderful, gym and pool was good. Breakfast was tasty. Very affordable rate. I stay in hotels for work every week- Fairfield’s are the best.

Just a solid place to stay

The staff and room were perfect! We’ve been there before, so we expected to have a good experience. My only complaint really is about the pool area. It was so ridiculously hot. It was hard to stay for very long. It felt like walking into a sauna. Instead of staying for a few hours and enjoying the hot tub, we felt like we could only stay about 20 minutes at a time. I noticed other families did the same thing. The smell of chlorine was kind of strong, so the staff opened the outside door. I think a fan would have helped a lot. I think overall, it needs better ventilation.

Breakfast was perfect. You had choices from scrambled eggs with sausage or bacon, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and fruit. Drinks from OJ, Apple Juice, Cranberry, Milk - white and chocolate and tea or coffee. There were muffins and you could make your own huge waffle.
