Only downside might be the wifi but honestly i didn’t even care that much

The place itself was beautiful and so are the staff. The rooms are spacious too. You really get the value for your money. The location is actually perfect. It’s just a few minutes walk from the bus station, port and the shops, far away enough so it’s not too noisy and close enough that it’s not a hassle to walk everywhere

Parking was confined to public parking

Everything! The location, the stay and staff!

This is a run down property although people were nice and we felt it was overpriced. The property needs an upgrade and it does not meet the ratings.

Very cute place with a lovely communal area. A close walk to the port, but talked away to get a bit of peace from the crowds.

It was this beautiful hidden garden. It was in an incredible location. I stayed at 3 places in Parikia and this was the best. It had charm. It was cute. I absolutely loved it.

Location can't be beat for arriving to/from port and bouncing around Parikia, and the staff are all wonderful, friendly and hospitable. The community courtyard with evening happy hour is very quaint and comfortable. We stayed in a 2-bed apartment and on arrival were struck by the lack of space, natural light, and amenities which did not live up to the photos or pleasant reviews. The shower was in a state of disrepair with cracked tile and there were ants crawling the bathroom. We were four adults traveling with checked luggage and the rooms were so tight there was no space to stow our bags, which then took up the entire living space. The place was advertised as having AC and Wifi -- this meant a single split AC unit in one of the bedrooms which did not cool any other part of the space, leaving the other bedroom with only a standing fan; the property also polices use of the AC while you are out, so we returned daily to stifling temperatures. Meanwhile the Wifi only reached the living area, and constantly cut in and out around the hotel. We were quite uncomfortable for the duration of our stay and even considered leaving. Sadly cannot recommend for a group.

It was charming. The courtyard, where we had breakfast, was delightful. The breakfast itself was really good. We stayed in a family apartment, with two bedrooms, a kitchenette and sitting room. The location was a short walk from the shopping, restaurants, and port yet was on a quiet street. The shower was really small, but that wasn’t a big deal for us.

Location is excellent, and staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Very Expensive and the quality of the room was not good. Smelly room like moldy, bathroom didn't have a proper shower, wifi is not very good. Kitchen was not well equipped.

Lovely little apartment with separate bedroom and kitchen/seating area. Really pretty balcony off the bedroom with plenty of friendly cats. Also a beautiful courtyard area if you prefer to sit there. Easy check in, quiet and close to the main area with shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

location was great, breakfast was good, very friendly staff there really is no place to sit other than on the kitchen chairs if we wanted to watch tv. Shower head could be mounted on the wall instead of just being handheld

Cleanliness and overall island vibe. Very polite staff and cleaning ladies!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our apartment was well lit, well ventilated, and clean. We had enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. It is in a walking distance to the port, to very nice shops and restaurants which is why we booked it in the first place. If you like cats, you will enjoy this place. There's a lot of them hanging out by the garden and entrance. It is a charming BnB overall. The apartment has seen its days and could use some updating.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the property is really centrally located and very walkable. It was very simple to walk with our luggage from the ferry port. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable with nice linen and bed spread. Due to visiting in the off season we found the property and the terraces all very quiet and secluded which gave us peaceful sleep. We didn't opt in for the breakfast as it seemed a little pricey when booking, but when you compare it to the local cafes it's probably quite reasonable. Check out process was a little unclear, no one was in reception when it was time to leave and we ended up just giving the key to one of the lovely cleaners.

First, location: perfect, as it's literally 1 minute away from the shopping area, and 5 minutes from the ferry / bus terminal. Then the set up is gorgeous, with a central courtyard full of trees with tables and chairs under the trees; the rooms also have either a terrace or a spot for a table and 2 chairs outside. It is so quiet - the only "noise" I heard were the bells of a nearby church, that started chiming at 7:30a. The room itself was comfortable. And the staff - a delight! Sylvia at the reception carefully showed me on a map where to go with my rental car, what to see, where to eat, and to be careful with parking... What a wonderful welcome! And the other staff, two ladies, were so much fun to talk with, and we laughed when I told them my "discoveries" of the day! I could have stayed there for a month! A great place to spend time and relax! The breakfast was a bit skimpy (I did not take it), but I was told that it was the end of the season (mid October) and therefore they did not have enough guests to set up a big breakfast. No big deal, they provided coffee, and I went to a bakery about 3 minutes away.
