Beautiful location

The view and the staff. Located by the best beach on the island. Steep climb

The balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea was spectacular to see the sunsets and the sea color blues. The breakfast buffet was presented very nicely and delicious. Parikia had many great beaches which we attended. Although around the island the water temperature at the time was a little cold for me, my Goddaughter had a fabulous time swimming. We had to rent a buggy to get around the island. Even getting up to the hotel from the town square was difficult for me because I was walking with a cane and wouldn't been able to get to the hotel without transportation. My young Goddaughter made the walk from the town square much easier.

I was with my family at Nikolas Hotel in July 2025. The hotel is conveniently located near Paroikia, there is parking available, it is clean, it has great view of the sea and sunset, breakfast is great and the staff were extremely kind and friendly. Ms. Kiki, Ms. Georgia, Ms. Angeliki and Mr. Pavlos made our stay even better. They advised my on beaches, restaurants and bars. Mr. Pavlos went out of his way replacing a small item which was broken accidentally by one of the cleaning ladies. He sent one of his staff to a local store to purchase a new one! I truly enjoyed sitting at the balcony in the morning, again during sunset and at night enjoying the view and serenity. Thank you to all four of you for your company and outstanding hospitality. Nothing, everything was great. I would stay there again without changing anything.

I love the ocean view!! It is clean and you can walk into town. The staff is very friendly. This was our second time staying. Their breakfast is nice too. I don’t think there is anything not to like.

Restful view from the balcony in spite of the traffic noise. Nice breakfast, friendly, helpful staff with Takas, the best driver ever! Restaurants and market nearby. I would definitely stay again as. stopping point before the ferry. Of course the traffic noise but it was easily ignorable! Do not let that stop you from staying in a room with water view!

Hotel was nice, very clean!. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a hotel room with sea view and it was just breathtaking every night on our balcony watching the sunset.
-
Nice, comfortable hotel with a good breakfast and fantastic views from the terrace. Good to have a balcony for all rooms. A short walk into Parikia and walkable to the port for ferries.

Beautiful setting above the beach and bay, with spectacular sunset views. Rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The outdoor seating at breakfast or at the bar in the evening is really amazing. It was nice to get fresh squeezed orange juice, and the breakfast was quite good. For a hotel in this price range, I expected real coffee, not instant coffee. It was completely undrinkable. There is one key for each room, and you have to leave it at the desk all the time. That is a bit old style. Why is the bar open only after 7 pm? Maybe, I don't know, 5 pm? The bartender knew nothing about making standard drinks. The hotel manager (owner?) was frustrated with us, and kind of mean, really, because we were a large family with a number of rooms and we made changes to the booking. Fine, but we paid thousands of euros for this, and did not need his attitude problems. In rooms that have a large double bed (for the parents) and two smaller beds, the big bed should be by the window and view of the sea. It wasn't. The weird concrete shower stall in one of the rooms (105) is designed such that sprays water everywhere.

Nothing at all. Outdated and awful place Terrible owner who should simply think about retiring rather than keep running his hotel like in the 80’s. Got completely aggressed upon checking in when asking for a double bed since they gave us two singles. After that poor episode, we went to get our luggage and when entering the hotel again, he flushed the booking paper in my face telling me this was what I booked and when ignoring him and passing beside, he forced his way in to the room by putting his feet, only for me to smash it back on him. He then shouted again through the door saying he didn’t want us in his hotel and he would call the police. I proceeded by calling them myself as we wanted out of this hell hole of an hotel. Since booking was non refundable, police couldn’t help much and the owner just wanted his money so backed down from his arrogance and ignorance. Terrible rooms, breakfast worst than in a dinner, noise coming out from every wall and angles in the room. Just TERRIBLE choice to book there. We ended up leaving two days early to check in another property that was amazing and glad we were. Since no refund, we decided to check to see what they did with the room and had put a DO NOT DISTURB sign. Not to our surprise, the room had been cleaned up, sign removed and for sure ready to be sold again to make more money as another malpractice from crooks. The answer to this review will for sure includes more lies and probably say we did things we didn’t do but for anyone reading this, rest assured I am only saying part of the nightmare we had staying there and I strongly recommend anyone not to book there

Clean, beautiful view, great location. Parking space was limited, not too many spaces available.

Location, kind staff Breakfast was very poor. Very basic, hardly any fruit. The rooms weren’t that great but the price was very high. Not worth it
