The property is very nice. Spacious clean room. Walking distance from the town and Beach 5 min away. The owner welcomed me personally and gave me many tips to do in Paros, she is very friendly and hospitable. It was like home for me.i felt very warm welcomed the moment i arrived.I can highly recommend this property. Car rental and discounted food options nearby.

The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Even better than the pictures ! Our beautiful host, Katarina, was absolutely exceptional, super helpful and made us feel right at home. Welcomed us with a jar of local honey! Which was delicious and we enjoyed it so much each morning on our Greek yogurt. Place was very clean and new had everything you would need. Excellent location n walking distance port and bus station and the adorable town of Parikia. Everything was fantastic!!!

Nice garden and patio, the owner is very nice and made us feel comfortable. Could take breakfast outside. Waking on the street towards the property was tricky, no sidewalk, narrow and cars passing by, had to stop to let them pass.

We loved this place way more than we expected. We had a double bed and it came with 2 balconies, a kitchen with a stovetop, and a small dining table. The place was very very cozy and well decorated. The location was within walking distance from everything. You’re close to the beach, markets, and restaurants. Katarina was a very nice host and even booked us a car for the time we were there. I’d come back here if I ever came back to Paros again. Nothing that I didn’t like.

Nice studio, 15-minute walk from the port, but it was not a problem for us. The inner space is a bit small for 3 people, especially the kitchen and dining area. Due to the bad weather, we could not always enjoy the open area outside, but we still enjoyed our stay. Katherina is very friendly and responsive to our questions and requests, she even prepared fresh made lemonade for us as a welcome drink. If the weather is not nice, you need to ask Katherina to switch on the electric heater for the water because they usually use the solar-energy heater.

Clean rooms, owner tried to be helpful in storms, good patio if it is sunny or very hot No electricity, no water, no wifi first night..arriving in a thunderstorm, and no coffee, water, tea nothing in flat. Owner brought some coffee later.. Price could have been discounted for inconveniences, but was actually very high compared to other more central and comfortable places. A very cold start, no additional blanket, or wrap

Katrina was a fantastic hostess in trying circumstances as we lost power and water due to a storm. The accomodation was perfect for us.

Our Hostess was wonderful. She could not have been more helpful or friendly. The apartment was beautiful and clean, and cleaned every day though we felt we didn't need it. The attention to detail to make our stay a delight was a nice touch.

The host was very pleasant with great communication. Nice room, good bed. Organized a car rental for us. Excellent restaurant at end of the road called Ephesus. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell...we think it was from the water in the drains laying dormant over the winter. Host cleaned and put stuff down the drains and it improved somewhat.

Exceptional

Katerina was an exceptional host from the moment we arrived, warm and welcoming. The property was clean & well maintained. Great location, walking distance to everything in Parikia including restaurants & shopping. Quiet at night. We’d happily stay at Marioly Studios again.

The kitchen was spacious and clean. The hostess provided us with suggestions and gave us good advice plus she was extremely friendly! Nothing within the hotel’s control, but the walking along the road to the location was dangerous due to no sidewalk.
