Nothing The hallway and room were very small; they hardly fit your luggage, and there were no essential things in the washroom. The sink was leaking; water was flowing out. The sink in the washroom was flooded. We complained; the man came with a plunger and did not fix it. We told them they should refund us one day of hotel. We showed them the condition of the bathroom was bad.

The location was a little confusing to find and the Junior suite I reserved was not available at check in for my party of four… one big room with one queen bed and queen size sofa. No parking so on our own, located a parking garage walking distance from the hotel with a cost 0ver 100 euros for our 3 night stay. The property told us of the off site parking at check in even though I wrote and requested the parking places!

Everything.. tiny rooms ..tiny elevator.. checked out as quickly as I checked in and was still billed 1 day.. Elevator could not fit 2 persons and our luggage

Airconditioning is not available during my stay last april.

Very small room and the A/C didn't work. We left earlier than planned because the heat was unbearable.

Location was good Unpleasant staff. No amenities in the room.

There wasn’t a lot in the area and we had to use transit to get to the places we wanted to visit. On our first night there were some other quite loud guests which was unfortunate but not the fault of the hotel.

It’s way too small. The carpet was super dirty

Good location next the public transportation .Nice district next to restaurants /supermarkets The breakfast was good ,but there were nkt a lot of varieties especially the savory was not enough also this a touristic city ,they have to take into consideration arab visitors in the food. The elevator was too tight ,doesn’t take more than 1 person barely take 2 slim people .The entrance to the room too tight makes you feel sophicated .The Bathroom is not aerated so the smell can be smelled inside the room .Not good value for money should be much more cheaper

Close to metro and it was clean Very tiny rooms and a tiny elevator. First day we left the tovels on the hanger but when we came back they were on the floor and were not changed of course. The sink was very small, water was spilling outside, and neither the sink nor the shower was draining properly.

the hotel is located in a calm area. close to the metro station. the wc was not cleaned properly i had to clean it myself. Then I was not sure if other things are realy clean there. there was a kettle placed on the safe box which was put on the small fridge. all in the cupboard. not really safe in my opinion in case someone pour water by mistake on the electrical installation of the fridge. besides due to the fact that safe box was just put on the top of the fridge it was nit possible to i put anything like electronic device inside as it was very hot inside. when booking this hotel be careful apparently some rooms are without toilets , very unusual for BW but it looks the quality standards are not kept anymore.

modern installations, practical location near bus, tram and metro place to put the bag, maybe a expresso machine

Very friendly front desk staff, helpful. 36 for $ r and very good breakfast presented but we don’t eat more than continental as we left early, yet we were charged $18 per person per day! (On the day of check out, I mentioned and was reimbursed for one day/$36.) Bathroom too small with no place to put toiletries.

The staff was very helpful when our uber driver got lost the gentleman at the front desk walked us through the directions over the phone The room was very compact but comfortable The hotel was located close to a subway station so transportation was easy peasy The lady serving coffee hated us for some reason like… miss ma’am we just trying to get caffeinated ?

Location was perfect! Breakfast… really good and the staff friendly. Rooms are really really small. Travelling with kids in this hotel maybe challenging. We did travel with a teen and toddler, we booked two rooms and wasn’t really comfortable. Small rooms. The smoking area was “out of service “ due to renovations but no one was working on it during my staying so… couldn’t smoke my cigar ?

The front desk man was pretentious and tried to charge us twice for the hotel payment. All the towels were dirty, and because we were Asian, he was extremely rude and racist — truly shameful in the 21st century. The location was bad, the hotel smelled like cider, and the breakfast was expensive yet terrible. Avoid, avoid, avoid — this is my honest review.
