Nice restaurants and easier access to metro Staff can be more friendly and engaging. Barman lacked personality . Room had an awful smell - asked to change the room but front desk didn’t help much.

Excellent hotel! It was over 90 degrees every day the week we were there and I genuinely do not know what we would have done without this hotel. AC was powerful and the pool was immaculate and refreshing. Sauna and hammam were great for pool breaks as well, and the breakfast is excellent. I would go back to Paris just to stay at this property again! An extra special thank you to Mouna at the front desk and Dorathée the spa manager who both provided spectacular service, answered all our questions, and were super friendly. Every member of the staff speaks better English than we do, so fellow Americans won't have to worry about any language barriers! Also the mattresses are so comfortable I considered asking where to buy one. Very little to complain about as the hotel facilities and the staff were generous and exceeded expectations. If I had to think of a critique it would be that the robes can run small, but they have multiple sizes so you can request a bigger one in advanced if you wear something bigger than a small/medium. But really there isn't anything about the Boutet to complain about in my opinion.

Very polite and helpful front desk. .Rooms were cleaned in a timely manner. Large shower and mini fridge in the room. One block from the Metro and in a nice residential neighborhood with easy access to main sites.

Design, location and vibe. Room is a bit cheap. Spa is not maintained enough. Definitely not made to welcome as many guests as it is hosting in the spa. Not enough seats, benches or even hooks for the towels near the pool.
