Very comfortable room - basic but very comfortable for a one night stay. Very quiet area - we slept with the windows open and couldn't believe we were in Paris! Lots of dining options nearby and easy to get here on the Metro. Very easy and personable check-in. Room was spotlessly clean. Small bathroom, but perfectly adequate for two people for one night.

The location was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room itself was comfortable, cosy and featured a lovely view looking out into the park/street. Everything was great.

Really great location and the rooms were nice. Also not the most expensive so good value for money. Staff were friendly! There was a window in the room but it was looking straight into a wall 1 meter away. Also there are no mini fridge in the room.

The shower in my room was dirty and had black stains (suspected mold) on the walls. Despite asking management to clean it multiple times, my requests were completely ignored, which was highly disappointing. Additionally, there is a fridge stocked with cold water in the breakfast room, but there are no signs indicating that these beverages are excluded from the breakfast buffet. Discovering this hidden charge at checkout was incredibly frustrating. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

The hotel benefits from a fantastic location and my room offered a lovely view over the park. The hotel is in a hystorical bulding, really close to a beatiful buolevard. This hotel was great for our needs and positioned in a really nice square with a garden in the centre. We went for dinner with a friend in a fun retro brasserie a short walk away. We were only there for one night, catching the eurostar the next evening, but it is actually well positioned to get to many nice places from a calm environment. I walked to Places des Vosges, for example, in 18 minutes. The rooms are small but clean. The bed very comfortable and there is a lift which was great with our luggage from 3 weeks of travelling through Spain and France. The staff were really kind, and kept our luggage after checkout so we could do a little sightseeing before taking a taxi to Gare du Nord. The stairwells were a little tired decoratively, though very pretty banisters.
