A wonderful small hotel out of the crowds. The staff could not have been better - friendly and helpful with excellent language skills. Book it, you won’t be disappointed. Nothing.

The location was good, the staff very friendly and helpful. When minor diffulties arose they were swiftly dealt with. Breakfast offering covered a wide variety. All the facilities were fresh and stylish. The air con more than compensated for the very hot weather. Would recommend without hesitation!

The staff was amazing, super helpful. The location is very close to the metro as well as restaurants. Rooms were very clean and absolutely loved the decor. We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute. You have to book the pool in advance and you get it to yourself. My daughters loved this. We will definitely stay again when visiting Paris. Rooms are on the smaller end but that is typical for Paris.

The hotel is located very close to the train station and the room itself was clean. The room was far too small, cramped, and uncomfortable. They listed a coffee machine as a room facility, but this turned out to be just a basic kettle with Nescafé instant powder. There was no fridge, making it impossible to keep water cold during hot summer days. Furthermore, the hairdryer was broken; it would overheat and shut off after just two minutes of use. When I complained about the hairdryer, the receptionist rudely dismissed me with an unwelcoming expression, stating "it's for safety and it is what it is," rather than offering a replacement. Service was strictly limited to making the bed. Towels were never changed during the stay. The fire alarm went off, forcing panicked guests to evacuate down the stairs, only for us to find out it was a false alarm with no communication from management. The property felt like an unorganized family business rather than a professional hotel. The same staff members were multitasking across different roles, meaning you would see the receptionist serving breakfast or cleaning staff preparing food in the kitchen.

This was a good stay and the hotel, which is very pleasant and well located, did the job for our two night stay in a family room - father and adult daughter - where each of us had adequate private space.

Pretty, clean, comfortable & great location. The breakfast/lounge area and honesty bar downstairs was lovely and the staff were super nice and friendly! Would def recommend!
