The staff member who greeted us was lovely. It was accessible from the station. The room was just too small. The atmosphere was quiet, which is sometimes good but in this case felt boring. There were no little milk sachets and coffee and tea were not replenished.

Very clean Noisy even at 6th floor when cars stop by near the building during the night.

Friendly staff, great location. Managed to get early access to room When we first got there, outside our room was lots of mattresses and chairs which made it hard to access our door. I believe they were doing up different rooms in our corridor. This was removed by the second day.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay — especially David, who was amazing and made us feel truly welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was also excellent, with great quality and a lovely variety of options. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! the carpet in the room. It looked a little old and had some burn marks, which unfortunately gave the room a slightly unpleasant feeling.
