The hotel and the room were both great. Very comfy bed, good sized bath and the air con was perfect for the heatwave. Staff were nice and friendly. Having the free soft drinks is a really nice touch and being able to grab something from the dining room after a long day sightseeing was also awesome. The location was good, right by a metro station. I prefer to make my way on foot and it's not that far from the main attractions. Plus the walk back in the evening is stunning. There's loads of nice bars and cafes on the doorstep The wifi was down during my stay. The signal wasn't great, so I had to hover by the window whenever I wanted to use my phone. I had to download shows and stuff to watch at night and racked up a bit of a data bill.

Excellent value for money especially the breakfast. Remember to read the fine details on the issues of city tax, i was kind of embarrassed but it was there written in the conditions of stay Nothing really

Unfortunately, we had a very upsetting experience at this hotel. A man who appeared to be drunk or mentally unstable approached us aggressively and threatened us while we were with our young children. Despite the situation, the hotel staff did nothing to intervene or make us feel safe. We received no apology, explanation, or reassurance afterward. We felt extremely unsafe and disappointed by how the situation was handled.

Fabulous hotel in a great location in Paris, we walked from the hotel to Gare du Nord and the other way to the river. The hotel itself was lovely, the breakfast was good quality and enough variety for us for the 3 days. Scrambled eggs, sausages, fresh breads, fruit salad, just what we needed. The real bonus was the soft drinks and snacks in the afternoons, we made use of some of the other hotels in the Astotel chain when we needed a rest and a drink mid afternoon while sightseeing, it worked really well for us. Nothing!

Had a good 7-day stay here. The location is excellent and the service is generally high quality. A huge thank you to the receptionist of Asian heritage — she was wonderful! A couple of honest notes: - Breakfast was included, but it gets a bit monotonous after 3–4 days. Grabbing breakfast at nearby cafes might be a better option for longer stays. - We were upgraded to a larger room type, though the amenities were identical to the smaller room (same desk, chair, and open closet). We asked for an extra chair in the room, but unfortunately, they couldn't provide one. Despite these minor things, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay!

ממש נהנינו מהשהות שלנו במלון. המיקום מעולה והחוויה הכללית הייתה חיובית מאוד. התארחנו במשך 7 ימים כולל ארוחת בוקר. לומר את האמת, בסביבות היום השלישי או הרביעי ארוחת הבוקר הייתה קצת חד-גונית, אז אולי שווה לגוון ולאכול בחלק מהימים בבתי הקפה הסמוכים. מבחינת השירות, הכל היה ברמה גבוהה מאוד. תודה מיוחדת לבחורה המקסימה בקבלה (ממוצא אסייתי) שהייתה שירותית ומסבירת פנים! החיסרון הקטן היחיד היה שביקשנו כיסא נוסף לחדר, אך הפידבק התקבל בשלילה. בנוסף, שודרגנו באדיבות לחדר מדרג גבוה יותר, שזה היה נחמד. עם זאת, פרט לגודל הוא לא באמת היה שונה מהחדר הרגיל — אותו הריהוט בדיוק (שולחן, כיסא וארון פתוח). בשורה התחתונה, מלון מצוין ושהות נעימה מאוד!
