I loved the hotel and the location was ideal for me. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was rich and very tasty. Complimentary Coffee and snacks were available all day which I found very thoughtful.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Le 37 Bis. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean, and feels calm and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always happy to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped. The location is also excellent, very close to metro and with easy access to the city and main attractions. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom was very small; otherwise, everything was great.

What did we not like...we liked everything. Staff was great, rooms were comfortable, neighborhood was cute and quiet. Incredibly clean! It was close to the metro and easy to get around. It was wonderful.

The location of the property was exceptional, very close to a metro station and maybe a 20-minute walk to the Arche de Triomphe and Champ Elysee! The front desk staff especially Nicholas was very helpful and guided us with their recommendations of the local area. We felt like we were home from the minute we checked in. Nicholas was also able to check us in a little earlier so that we didn't have to carry our luggage around the city. We highly recommend Hotel Le 37 Bis!

The room was on the small side but good value for money and very clean an nicely disigned. Only small downside is the location which requires 10min walking to the next metrostation.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Rooms were a little small. Hard to find a place to hang or store clothes. Breakfast was very good and available after 6am. Great area close to bus stop and train station.

Nice hotel and great location. Neuilly is an area I would visit again on the border of the 17th Arr. The hotel was perfect for our visit to the French Open at Roland Garros. Bus stop was a couple blocks away and a 15 minute ride. The hotel was very clean as well. I really liked the access to unlimited coffee/tea & water (flat/sparkling). Our room was very hot and stuffy. The thermostat did not work so we could not adjust the temperature in our room. We were told that the AC/fan does not work for certain blocks of rooms or floors. (that does not make sense!!) Our room was 26.5 celsius (80 degrees) and sleeping was awful. I wish the hotel would have comp'd us for some of our stay.

The location for visiting central Paris was great and the local area was most pleasant viz brassieries and artisanal shops. The Sauna room was very new and well managed, and a booking system enabled guests to have complete privacy. The bathroom facilities were excellent, new and well designed. The main reception person was very helpful and in the main, the staff all spoke very good english. We did'nt try the breakfast but, yhr facilities looked good with an outside eating area available in a very pleasant and shaded courtyard. No traffic noise was discernible anywhere in the hotel. The TV screen was very good and large, but the channels were limited for english speakers to just one BBC world news channel, and although there was a Eurosport channel, which covered the world snooker championship live, the commentators spoke german.
