Very good breakfast.

I loved the location. Close everywhere train, bus and metro stops. I specially liked the saturday market atmotsphere and how lively the neibourhood is there were some bugs in the bathroom.

The AC was not coping with the hot summer temeratures so the room was always warm.

Location near the Gare Montparnasse was convenient. There were many shops, restaurants, cafes, cinemas in the neighborhood and the metro stations were only a few minutes walking distance. Hotel staff were efficient, courteous and welcoming. The reception area and breakfast room were comfortably furnished and clean. The room was large with good quality furnishings, linens and towels. It was spotless and clean. Bed was comfortable and no noise from street even though our room faced the street. Breakfast was ample with excellent assortment of eggs, pastries, bread, yogurt and fresh fruit. We very much enjoyed our stay and will return! Nothing

The location was excellent near restaurants and the train station. The staff were very nice and spoke English. The best part was that we were only on the first floor up form the lobby but the room was so quiet! Great night sleep after a long plan journey. Nothing it was great

Beds were comfortable and nice bathroom Terrible air conditioning when advertised with air conditioning. Very small room ( 2 people cannot move around the room), elevator broken , 2 towels stained on our arrival, pictures on booking.com make the rooms appear larger and more up to date. Tiny TV on the wrong wall to watch it and gets hit by the door when you open the door ( Netflix on remote but not working). Very expensive hotel for what you get )

The staff was super nice & made us feel welcomed. Daisy at the front desk is a rockstar!
-
Friendly and comfortable and clean and close to the train station It was like many hotels in France and lacked insulated windows so it was loud with street noise until around 1 am

I like the location and cleanliness The tv is outdated couldnt watch youtube and netflix

A great location - the area itself is buzzing with real locals, and we were close to multiple transport links to go elsewhere. The staff were very friendly and helped us out when we forgot to bring a plug adaptor. Room was clean and comfy. Our room was beside the elevator so if you're a light sleeper than would just recommend avoiding those rooms if possible as you may hear it move. I am a heavy sleeper so didn't bother moi!

Breakfast was okay. Price seemed a little high compared to what could have been bought outside of the hotel. The price: the food was good
-
room was larger than expected, lot of light in the room. bathroom was large for 3 stars hotel. location was great, close to great brasseries and Montparnasse railway station perfect for the price
-
We did not have breakfast but staff was kind and conversational. It's a great hotel if you are just looking to sleep and repeat. We did a weekend away and were barely at the hotel. We slept in and didn't come back till late.

The location is perfectly central for moving around Paris. 1mn from a main Metro line, 5 minutes from Gare Montparnasse and tons of bus lines. Restaurants and bars close by. Next to a theater district. Cinemas nearby. Again, perfectly located. The elevator door was a bit too loud on the 5th floor? Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The hotel is in a great location, nearby you can find different metros that take to Paris landmarks , the breakfast was amazing fresh croissants coffee and I'd definitely recommend the cream cheese.

I was looking for a clean hotel that was near the Montparnasse Gare and this fit the bill. It's not a fancy hotel, but the front desk service was excellent, the room was clean and it was near the gare. My train's departure was to too early for me to try their breakfast, but the dining room looked lovely. I would stay their again Nothing

Room a bit tiny but comfortable enough for a short stay in Paris or with small luggage
