n/a room not clean, furniture very old and in bad shape

Quiet, location

Convenient. Good price. Room was probably technically clean, but was so old and poorly maintained I don’t think it could really be clean. The toilet seat had chips and rips. There was exposed absorbant material. Very unappealing.

When I Left. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!! First of all, the pictures DO NOT match the actual representation of the room and the hotel. Those pictures had to be taken when the place first opened. I had requested a non-smoking room, and the only thing that was non-smoking about it was that I didn't smoke in it. The bed had blood and cigarette burns all over. There was no actual pillow; it was a tube filled with stuffing, and it looked like a murder scene had happened on the mattress and that tube. I brought a steamer with me for my clothing. I steamed the top and bottom of the mattress three times just to make sure I didn't get bed bugs. The walls had dirt all over them. The floor was filthy, and the bathroom had yellow stains on everything. In the middle of the night, the front desk guy unlocked our door at 3 am and came in, and when he saw us, he said "oh, hey guys", then walked out and locked the door back. I didn't feel comfortable leaving the key with them at the front desk because I was afraid they were going to go into my room and go through my belongings. The whole hotel needs to be remodeled. There are cigarette burns, pee, and beer stains all over the carpet. The smell is atrocious. All in all, the whole experience made me tears.

Nothing Dirty and rude clerks

Nothing it is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in Filthy hotel, filthy disgusting. I stayed one night, no aircon and I have about 50 bedbug bites all over my body. Some huge ones. The worst hotel experience of my life to date. I am 63.

I honestly only liked the lady at the reception but she didn’t do anything to help me get a refund as I didn’t use the room and wanted to leave straight after Unfortunately I didn’t like anything, this hotel was absolutely scary, stains everywhere on walls, carpet doors, ceiling, completely damaged carpet, damaged doors, damaged lift, felt so dirty but probably it’s very old, the floor was making this horrific cracky noise, every surface & everything had so many & deep scratches, I could hear the TV of the rooms next to me… I was actually so scared to stay there I was looking for another hotel straight away and left after an hour. Everything looked so run down I felt like I was in the worst area/neighbor in the world. It’s just a shame, they need to elevate the whole atmosphere, only painting the walls a warmer light colour can have such an impact, maybe bring a professional carpet cleaner. I mostly give this review because they didn’t accept to give me a refund, I didn’t use the room and I left an hour after when I found the other hotel. My room felt dirty, they were stains on the walls and fingerprints but I understand the poor cleaners cannot do everything in such limited time, these things need time, effort from management and/or owner & definitely more cleaning staff. Can the state and/or EU help to get a fund for that?

Good location Blanket needs upgrading, it had stains and holes all throughout the cover. The pillow was like a long slug it was not comfortable. No plugs anywhere near the bed. Just felt really dirty in this room. Shower was not attached to wall so you will need to hold the shower head. Have red bumps on legs after staying here ?

The location. They need to proved a full set of towels and to change them as needed!

Breakfast as per standard, very good budget hotel. Recommendable to friends.

Close to public transportation, shops, cafes and restaurants The interior (reception, hallway, corridors, rooms and elevator) need a major refurbishment.

The location and the friendly staff This place is fine for what it is, and it is inappropriate to expect 5 star facilities, so we were quite satisfied.
