The staff was fantastic, the location was nice and the accommodations were comfy, updated and clean. The property is well managed and loved.

The room size was great! Location was amazing. I think the bathroom had some black spots and cracks, I think it should’ve been fixed.

Location - close to restaurants, shopping, metro. Although small, closets were nicely accommodating. The up-charge for the delivery of coffee service in the morning (in the absence of an in-room coffee machine.)

I travel to Paris often, and I chose this hotel for a 10-day vacation because of its great location and good reviews. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The facility is poorly maintained, with several notable plumbing issues. The hotel ran out of hot water on two different occasions during our stay (which is especially difficult in Paris during the winter). The showerhead had to be replaced because no water was coming out, and both the sink and bathtub drains were clogged and were never fixed despite our requests. Housekeeping was also below standard: the bottom bed sheets were never straightened, the floor in the room was not vacuumed, and the bathroom floor was never wiped during our stay. Upon arrival, we were informed that there would be a fee if we used the hotel’s wine glasses to drink our own wine, which felt unreasonable. I requested to speak with the manager to voice my concerns but never received a call. Overall, this hotel is not worth the price. It should be rated as a 2-star hotel, not a 4-star one

The hotel has an amazing location, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and very clean. We really enjoyed the overall atmosphere and attention to detail. Housekeeping can be improved to ensure a more consistent experience throughout the stay.

Good breakfast. Great location. Accommodating staff.

Lovely hotel with considerate staff. Fantastic location. Quiet room. Would have like a coffee machine in the room as nothing opens before 7 am if you are an early riser.

A classy hotel very near the Luxembourg Gardens says it all! The Baume is a very short walk to my favorite destination in Paris, the Luxembourg Gardens. So location was a primary factor in choosing to stay here. We were so pleasantly surprised that the hotel was also so nice in so many other ways. The hotel is decorated in an art déco style that is very appealing. From the artistic advertisements in the elevator to the tastefully lit signs as the elevator door opens on your floor, you feel that you are in a 1930s hotel. Our room was very attractive, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom quite inviting. The rain shower style shower head is such a nice touch. I also liked the motion detector that subtly lit the interiors of the cabinets as you walked. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety. And the honor bar in the lounge was a nice touch. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. They were what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. I would definitely stay at the Baume when planning a next visit to Paris. Can't think of anything.

Cost and very comfortable beds. Nice furniture and decor None

Lovely peaceful location but 5 mins walk and you can come across parks restaurants and bars. We expected the standard buffet breakfast but were pleased to find it was al la carte with a good choice. Finally Staff were amazing, friendly (accommodating our lack of French) and couldn't do enough for us. We like a coffee option in the room, but it was no problem to ring or pop down to get one

Location in Paris Comfort It was the third trip in the hotel. I notice that the check in is always long because of the under staffing at the reception desk
