Excellent value for money and a highly recommended hotel! The location is great and very communicative, and the staff are extremely polite and attentive. They even surprised my companion for her birthday after noticing the date on her ID during check-in, which was an amazing, unannounced gesture. We will definitely be back!

Ambience and centrally located The staff took out my sister’s belongings from perfume , children’s clothes books with out our notice nor communication .We raised a concern that was not addressed till the day we left , efforts to speak to a manager failed nor any help from the staff apart from one lady who promised forward our complaints to the administrators.We are waiting to hear from them and if no communication we are going legal with them .How do you explain my missing things to be found in the staff’s office ???

Very good impression overall. The hotel charges 8 euros for what they called express breakfast, which is no more than small cup of coffee and some pastries. Other hotels offered this free.

Great cozy room, with all the necessary necessities. Very quiet and peaceful, slept well throughout the nights, room facing the inner courtyard. Location is great, just 5mins walk to the train station, and 12 and 15mins walk away to Printempts and Galeries Lafayette. Convenient groceries just few shops down the same road. Dim lights in the room, I don't mind as i don't do much work in room, and you can light up the small lamps around.

Everything was excellent. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation and many attractions. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were always welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The overall value for money is outstanding. We especially recommend the Executive Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Our stay was truly enjoyable from beginning to end. Nothing. We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t find anything to complain about.
