The location and air-conditioning were the main reason we selected this hotel, and it did not disappoint. Walking distance to so many things and being able to cross the road and sit in the Tuileries Gardens at any time was amazing. City views from the 4thand 2nd floor were stunning. The double deluxe room was very small for 2 adults but that is expected in an older hotel. The Jr. Suite our 3 daughters stayed in was a good size. The staff was lovely, the room and hotel were clean and charming. I highly recommend. There were no useable outlets near the bed, which was a little frustrating.

The staff was beyond fabulous and the location is excellent. The hotel id badly in need of a remodel in every way. The furniture was old, worn out and the pillows had mildew every morning. It needs paint and a serious remodel to be ranked as a great hotel. Esprit should be ashamed to let this hotel deteriorate and still be part of their collection. What a gem going to waste.

Everything: Location, Very friendly helpful staff, breakfast, and view of Eiffel Tower. We asked the front desk to call a taxi for us to take us to a cruise ship. The taxi driver dropped us over a mile from our destination. We had to get another taxi to complete the ride.

Everything and the breakfast was excellent My only complaints are the tiny elevators, being from Canada I am not used to them . But having stayed in many hotels in Europe especially the olders ones thats a given

Lovely, charming, perfect location, and wonderful views from our room. Rooms are small, as to be expected in an old beautiful building. Just something for guests to be aware of when booking.
