The breakfasts were outstanding! The setting was lovely and the food was very good - good selection and good presentation. The staff was efficient and polite. We did have a little problem one morning with 2 of the 3 entrees being served before the 3rd, with no explanation. However, the issue was resolved. The room had been decorated with a few framed photos of my granddaughters that I was asked to send ahead of time. That was a very thoughtful touch, which we all enjoyed. I wasn’t too certain about how all of the buttons, including the lighting in the room, worked. That might have been made a little clearer. We were tired from traveling, so I’m not sure when the best time to give the instructions would be.

Team were very friendly. Spa and bar were amazing The hotel offered to upgrade us on arrival at an extra charge. Having paid quite a lot for the room I didn't appreciate being "up-sold" on arrival.

The food and the service at Nonos was wonderful. The lady who took the order during my first breakfast was quite arrogant. She fluffed the cushion very heavily in front of a client when his wife and children just left and he was still sitting there and reading something. This would really make people uncomfortable and it was not surprising that the husband left in a few seconds. When she took away the empty bowl and the coffee cup from my table, it seemed she was in a big hurry. She finished the job so fast that when I realized it, she was already few meters away and I already lost the moment to thank her. Is that a Rosewood standard? Well, it was my first time staying in a Rosewood hotel, so I was not quite sure.

The hotel was exquisite and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We felt like we were in our second home. The breakfast selection was amazing, the pastries were phenomenal! We couldn’t postpone/cancel our booking even though we had a personal emergency, but the hotel staff were kind enough to upgrade our room
