Lovely hotel in a great location on a quiet street. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. A special thank you to the wonderful ladies at the reception — they were incredibly kind, welcoming and always happy to help. Everything was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay!

Very nice location. Friendly staff and clean room. The Japanese bathtub was a nice addition and the room service was great! We absolutely loved the balcony with a view of the nearby church. The shower had a little problem staying warm, although it never went fully cold. The bathtub needs some descaling as it filled very slowly, resolved it myself,but that shouldn't be necessary in a 5 star hotel.

Good location. Staff were really lovely. Bed was extremely comfortable and room one was great, particularly for Paris which is known for teeny rooms For a hotel rated 5 stars, I’d expect a lot more.. minimal facilities and a thrown together spa (masseuse was reallyyyy lovely though. No ambience in the lobby, bar, relaxation areas. Average breakfast even though staff were 10/10… It felt like the hotel was just ticking boxes in order to get the 5 star rating.. Mouldy showers, stained bench tops. a lot of worn walls and floors which were chipped, missing coverings, stains on curtains. The service laundry always left in our hallways during the day. If this hotel was rated 4 stars, I would be fairer in my comments, however you can’t claim 5 stars when it’s far from it..
