Hotel Des Pavillons

Staff were friendly. They allow to leave luggage after check out and pick it up later. Location is 5 min walk from Arc de Triumphe. Metro is close. They reserved 50 euro on check in even it was not mentioned when I booked a room. They released reservation 48 after check out.

Highly priced, and some staff were not friendly where other awsome.

The hotel’s location was excellent and made it very easy to explore the city. The room was quite small, but it was clean and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the summer. The only downside was that there was no mini fridge in the room. I know the hotel information didn’t mention one, but I assumed it would be available by default. During the summer, not having a fridge to keep water or drinks cold was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I still had a pleasant stay thanks to the great location and cleanliness.

Excellent location A little under equipped room

No coffee or tea in the room. Not having fridge in the room was quite uncomfortable.

It was clean and comfortable beds. Asked for an early check in but they couldn't and had to wait after 3 o'clock to get in my room after being travelling since 6:00 in the morning. The room especially the door needs repainting and maybe they can put a bottle of water and coffee.

The location, the room & the amazing staffs! All was fantastic! But somehow there is a smell of a drainage not a lot but a bit maybe they have a problem with it. Hope they can check it.

Just because I am Eastern European it doesn't mean that I am Russian and that I speak Russian language. It felt very wrong to be spoken in Russian by the hotel staff. The room was ground floor and not well isolated. I mean that the price - quality balance is not there.

Perfect hotel for a stay in Paris. Everything was easy to check in, very clean, price was good, and surprisingly one of the better hotels I’ve enjoyed. N/A

Great location; staff accommodating The sliding door on the bathroom kept sliding shut on its own—it needs to be leveled! Very annoying!

Checking in was easy and the staff was friendly and very welcoming. The room was clean and well outfitted. It was silent for the most part and is arguably the least noise I've had in any Paris hotel. Very centrally located and close to the metro. Easy to walk around the area and felt very safe. The room I was in was a bit small but it was perfect for one person that just wanted a place to sleep while exploring the city. The bed was comfortable and they provided hangers which was very nice. The shower water pressure was great and there was body soap provided. Again, very clean. I would stay again and thank you for the enjoyable experience. Nothing, it was good.

Breakfast was ok….. can do better in town. Breakfast could have been better and 1 more towel.

Close proximity to the Metro. Room was small but manageable. Street noise on the weekend made it difficult to sleep.

The location was great Really comfortable bed and friendly staff Small breakfast area and social spaces. They should work on the small terrace behind the hotel to have a nice place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. It would be nice to have an umbrella for the tables.

Location is perfect, everyone on the reception desk was extremely helpful, made everything smooth and easy. Thank you! Only thing is the toilet only was in one room, and the lavatory and bath were in another, which I found odd and a bit unpractical but not a big deal, I think not all but only some rooms are like this
