What did you like about the property? The hotel was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable. What didn’t you like about the property? Everything was perfect during my stay. I have no complaints.

We stayed during a heat wave "26" the staff always welcomed us with cold bottled water. All were hospitable and went out of their way to help.

Hotel was friendly and had a Breakfast facility. Hotel has no elevator. It is a strenuous climb to the higher floors.

Even minor maintenance works are not carried out and the room was in real bad shape. There seemed to be a "mix up" regarding another couple's reservation. The front office staff was not able to handle it appropriately which led to a really serious hollering ang screaming and shouting which went on for almost an hour at night time. Also: Basement rooms: even if the person above you walks in a normal manner - it sounds like stomping.

Nothing it was a horrible stay from start until the finish including an attempt of being scammed to pay twice Location was awful, facilities was bad, windows was boarded up like a prison. Bathroom was dirty
