The hotel told us we were getting an upgrade to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, and it was great, however it was on the top floor and the AC was non adjustable. I was getting cooked in my room and all they could to do accommodate was give me a tiny plug in fan.

Location The single room was very tiny. I could hear people in other rooms.

We were able to have breakfast at a lovely sidewalk cafe & easily walk to La Tour Eiffel with our young grandchildren & their parents to see the iconic landmark close up one more time (after ascending to the top one week earlier) before going to CDG & flying back to San Francisco, California in the afternoon. It was the perfect ending to our Paris-Annecy fanily vacation! Merci beaucoup!! The Buchholz Family of Santa Rosa, California. N/A

Great location, helpful staff, clean Very tiny room, but that is the norm for Paris apparently. Breakfast was okay, quality was good, but variety and options were sparse. They let you purchase breakfast for $10 per person per day upon check-in, but it is non-refundable. I understand why. Once you have breakfast once, you are unlikely to do it more unless you already paid for it. Just drink a lot of latte to get your money’s worth.

People are nice, they treated us well, friendly. The size of the room is horrible, you cannot literally even open your luggage, is it a Parisian thing ? ?

Spacious bathrooms with the right size bedroom to sleep 3 people, room for luggage. Stairs were small and not enough space to walk.

Everything was great, from the location to the cleanliness to the breakfast to the staff to the neighbourhood, just perfect!!! So so safe and very accessible to all the public transport and most importantly the Eiffel Tower! Thank you so much for a great stay! I would 10000% be coming back again and again. Nothing, everything was perfect.

Clean and tidy , great location , the staff were really nice and friendly , when ever i go back to Paris i will be staying here for sure .. great value for money as well. thank you for a lovely stay .. I was blown away with how friendly everyone one was , i then flew onto Rome and that was the total different .. I did not like as much as my stay in Paris . It was small but compact , but i had no problem with thats . it was very very clean and tidy .

Location location! Very conveniently located, easy access to the Eiffel Tower and the metro. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Cute boutique style hotel, hallways were a bit tight but the room was bigger than we thought it would be after reading other reviews about how small rooms in Paris are.
