We arrived to a room that was being worked on by maintenance. There were tools and a broken TV in the room when we arrived. We called the operator and he wasn't budging in giving us a different room but maintenance worked on it while we were in the room. The pillows smelled terrible and there were white stains on all of the couch pillows.

Location The room was too small for a family. We coulnt move in the room, the sofa they opened for kids was very unconfortable, when I ask some duvet to pu under the bed, but the receptionist said its evening and they dont have any extra duvet. I asked he can take from another room, he said he cant give. The kids slept over the metals. I put our jackets under them. Also another problem was our duvet. It was very dirty and with blood they even didnt wash it. When I asked them to change they didnt apologise. I will add pictures here.they changed after that.

I didn’t like that the room is on two floors, and the staircase is too small to properly connect them.

The hotel is in a very good neighborhood People who work in reception are not friendly at all. Every time you ask them about anything they make you feel like you are bothering them. They give you a feeling like they are doing you a favor by letting you stay in the hotel .

Location and cleanness so many options for food around the street and 5 min you end up in les champs elysees The hotel does not provide tea coffee machine or kettle for that Also no water bottles in the room I asked and they said Paris water is drinkable from the tab but i wanted to have a hot water kettle and tea bags in the room as in 4 stars hotels

Unprepared staff at the reception, lots of noise in the corridors, I would not recommend it at all

Unbeatable price in the area that day. It’s all a little run down and depressing.

bed was large and comfortable, tv was a big screen also. No kettle, tea/coffee making facilities or iron in the room, no shower door in the bath, so water was splashing out.

The welcoming was excellent, the staff are very professional and helpful. Specially the lady at the reception was very helpful. Great location.
