The location is great, right in front of the Pantheon and in a nice area of town. The breakfast, and breakfast service, were not good. Don’t waste your money on breakfast at the hotel - there are much better options down the street. The staff at the hotel in general were not very hospitable or warm/friendly.

Room was clean and good location Staff are very rude and cold. Hotel is very small. Room is bad. Even they upgraded our room… We wanted refund and they didn’t give.

Great location ; classic style

Loved the quaint historic charm of property with modern facilities ( air, elevator & bathrooms) Nothing

Great location, easy to use as a home base and see all the sights. Close to the Luxembourg train station. The property is modern with an eclectic twist, and is well-kept. The air conditioning is top-notch, especially in the heat wave. So much so that we were actually cold at night! No complaints about this at all. The breakfast onsite is good with freshly baked pastries, cheese and cold cuts, yogurt, cereal, breads, pancake maker and a hot tray with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. It was very quiet even though our room was on the main floor and faced a street. No complaints, we liked everything and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Not a complaint, but it would be nice if they could provide hair conditioner as well (there is shampoo and body wash, but no conditioner).

The only issue we had was that our keycards continuously stopped working even when we made sure to keep them away from anything magnetic. The front desk was extremely nice about resetting them each time so it was fine. Just a little bit of a pain.

Right across from the Pantheon and in Latin Quarter which is amazing location. Rooms are clean and staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is way too pricey for the offerings

Location of a charming boutique hotel, however, the elevator was out for parts of two days. When you are a senior of 88, you want to be sure the elevator works! The elevator was out of order , so we had to climb 3 flights of poorly lighted stairs to get to our room.

Loved everything about the hotel and the location was perfect! The bathtub shower was a little odd - it was hard to prevent water from leaking on to the floor. It was fine for me, but I expect that getting in and out of the tub would be a difficult set up for a person with mobility issues.

Location was fabulous, staff was most helpful and endearing. A minor detail but the mini fridge was more like a storage space than a cooling element.

Beautiful property and rooms, amazing location and very helpful staff.

Big room ( compare to other Paris hotel) Very nice staf Good location View to Pantheon

It was in a great location next to Pantheon and the rooms were nice. Thankfully, during the heat wave we had a pretty well functioning air conditioner, which was very fortunate. The room and bathroom were a little small, but this is typical for Paris and was not a problem. The rooms were interestingly decorated, and we had no problems while we were there. Our room wasn’t quite ready at check-in, but we were offered a complementary beverage in the meantime and our room was available shortly after. Unfortunately, they were doing some work at the pantheon to set up for a large presentation and were working through the entire night most of the time we were there. This wasn’t the fault of the hotel of course, but it did create some extra noise.

Location is terrific - across the road from the Pantheon and a short walk to the RER B Luxembourg train station. Some excellent restaurants and bakeries nearby. The hotel has really good air conditioning. Rooms are on the smaller side, but that's absolutely standard throughout Europe. Other than that there's not much else to not like about this hotel.

Breakfast looked better than it was. The coffee was dreadful.

Nothing

Location is best; room layout; decoration. Light in the room in the window corner is not sufficient.
-
The view of the Pantheon is incomparable! Room was clean and comfortable with charming decor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Couldn’t get Netflix. No sìnk in the room with the toilet.

Excellent location Room was smaller than what I am used to but that is expected in Paris
