La localisation C’était sale, dans la nuit des gens ont tambourinés à ma porte à deux reprises, et il y avait des poils dans la salle de bain et il n’y a pas de clime donc le cinquième étage est littéralement un four

The stuff is very gentle and friendly Facilities are extremely old and unprepared to welcome guests. This can’t be a 3 stars hotel - please send inspections. Inside it was like 45 degrees and no AC

Location and accessibility. The indian staff at the reception was so rude to me. The room was too small.

Very clean throughout. Good selection of food at breakfast. Window shutters to keep the room cooler. Helpful staff. Bus stop just outside hotel. Several cafes only a few minutes walk away. Metro station and tram stop at top of Avenue Gambetta. Electric fan in room to assist with cooling. Lift to all floors. Room was pleasant but quite small and did not resemble the photograph on the booking.com website. Also quite stuffy without air-conditioning, although heat wave during our visit (over 35 degrees C). No sink plug in wash basin in ensuite shower room.

Very courteous staff, supportive on directions, flat iron, a fan since it was hot. Very supportive, an elevator, hot water , kettle were all in place, access to metro 11 was a great deal. Got an early check in at 1pm The rooms are slightly smaller
