The season is quite good, a lot of variety and everything is very tasty I had a problem with a product when they cleaned my room, since they took something that was not garbage and did not leave it in the room, that speaks to the lack of loyalty of their workers

Great staff - shout-out to Oussama! Friendly, welcoming, super helpful. They let me settle in a comfy little corner where I could work while waiting for my room. Also, the location is excellent.

Thin walls, noise level at night, restricted AC, low water pressure. Reception was not permanently staffed, waited 5 minutes on arrival. Wifi was very bad.

Friendly staff and especially the receptionist (Anna was her name I think) who greeted us, was very friendly and professional and explained everything to us. There was an odd unpleasant smell in the staircase. Also our room was facing the main road which is quite noisy but I guess that's expected from such a busy road.

Well located, cozy and comfortable. Comfy bed, clean facilities. Would stay here again.

The elevator didn’t open on my floor and they didn’t fix it even though they kept telling me someone was on their way. Also 2 of the woman didn’t speak English which was bad since many of the guys spoke English.

The breakfast was excellent and staff great Want to recognize Osama from the front desk he was absolutely: friendly and extremely helpful with everything with our stay!! He made everything easy and went beyond all expectations!!!!!

Our room was quite spacious and comfortable for four people. We liked the location and was near some charming and reasonably priced places to eat. The breakfast was a little sad, the presentation and choices were lacking. I was quite happy with my stay until the very last moment. I asked the gentleman working the counter to call us a taxi for the airport and he called a "friend" and not an actual taxi company. When the "friend" came in to the hotel to pick us up, he gave the guy at the counter money. I saw him clearly give him a kick back. We were charged $100 euro for the trip, even though we were only charged $65 Euro when we came from the airport to the Hotel. This sort of graft, when the hotel clearly rips off tourists leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.

Clean and friendly staff. Good price. Under construction. Wish we had known that. Far from most of the attractions. Neighborhood is fine during the day but evening is questionable.

A small bed was not comfortable in small space I don’t like it

We checked in on Dec. 30, 2025 around 6pm. The female staff at reception kept us waiting even though we were there first, and took care of other guests’ requests first. I had to cut in when it happened for the third time, so she helped us instead of helping other. Not too long after we entered our room, there was another guest came in with his room key card, and asked us surprisingly if the room was occupied by us. We went to the reception and saw that guest was there to address the same issue. It turned out that the room was exactly distributed to us, however for unknown reason, that female staff also gave that guest the same room. Therefore, that guest was able to enter our room with his room key, which also led our room key being blocked. We had to request to re-activate our room key. I think the experiences I mentioned are unpleasant, especially not paying attention while distributing the rooms to guests. It is extremely disturbing from my point of view that guest's privacy is not valued enough by making such careless mistake. Other than above, nothing to complain.
