Rien.

Cleanness, everything was old and falling a part, and it was overpriced for the quality. It is not the best location either, so I have no clue how it is priced

The male receptionists were awsome! The shower was modern. There is a “cour”/patio that is pleasant. The manager, Issia, was polite but said a lie: she argued my reservation was not cancellable when I had seen it was cancellable till the 13th of June on booking.com I wanted to keep one room instead of 2 because my boyfriend decided to book another hotel and nevertheless Issia charged me for 2 rooms for 2 nights. She said she had lost money during covid…so I guess I was fair game… I don’t mind the lost money but I don’t appreciate dishonesty and people with no integrity and no professionalism. I lost 2 nights, big deal. The Scandik Alvik and Gateway hotel in London saw no problem canceling 1 room. They are not French and are honest. I went to the Shangri la for the following night and it made me forget the bad experience. Would never ever go back to this tiny hotel with such dishonest ways. The manager refused to refund the money of 1 room. It was tiny. Not a hotel but a shoebox.

Location was near river and metro. Also near several restaurants and outdoor market. Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were modest. Very small. My group was given a room advertised as two beds but there was not enough room to separate them. Safe and TV didn’t work and shower door was constantly stuck. Breakfast not included.

Location was good but not the best. The courtyard was cute but we could not enjoy due to the rain. We were given a handicap accessible room on the first floor which the drain backed up during showering. The window looked at a wall. Very small room

Such a cute and quaint boutique hotel. Loved the area and the hotel was convenient to the metro. On the small side

The location is perfect. We had a comfortable stay.

The staff was incredibly nice and accomodating! <3 We could get an extra crib for free and the room had even an extra bed! It was perfect for our one night stay!

Good location, the room was clean. Friendly staff. The room was small and dark, although it was clean. The bathroom was tiny and I could bearably turn around in it. Did not get the safe to work. Fridge in the room did not really cool. The breakfast was okay but way to pricey for what you get. There was a limited offering of foods. Everything wrapped in plastic packaging. The food and beverages were not really fresh. For 14 euro I expected more. It is of course comfortable to eat in the hotel but it could be done with some more French class.

There where some issues with organization and space. (the room was smaller than expected and did not match photos on the site), one of the towels in the bed had some dirty spots on it, but after requesting a new one it was okay. But it was comfortable and we had a good stay.

Beautiful property in a wonderful neighborhood. The room was recently renovated and very clean. Quiet area but with enough around to do, such as restaurants. Easy walk to the metro. Hotel staff were willing to store bags for us for a few hours prior to check in. Some steep stairs leading up to our room, but I don’t think that’s the case with every room.

Location Small room, bathroom with sliding door with no privacy

The staff was very friendly, the room and the bathroom very clean , as well as the bed sheets and the towls. The Hotel is close to several Metro stations The room was on the groundfloor. Under the window there were several tables where other hotel guests and the staff were enjoying the breakfast , or they were smoking and chating loudly late in the night, sometimes till midnight and over. Also a light sensor was triggered every time somebody passed by. Our request to get another room was rejected, even if the hotel was not booked out.

They let us drop off bags early so we could look around Paris without our bags. The room was modern and very clean. Front desk is manned 24/7. With friendly staff. Windows can be opened but our view was a courtyard- which was fine. Easy access to the metro. Was convenient for getting to Versailles and the Eiffel Tower. Room was a little small. Not much room other than the bed.
