Everything, especially location.

The building was charming. It didn’t have air conditioning and they provide a small fan that didn’t rotate, so, it was not helpful
-
The booking says the rooms have air conditioning but THEY DO NOT! I specifically booked the hotel because of the air-conditioning advertised on Booking.com and was not able to sleep my entire time in Paris because it was 100F outside and the room had zero air circulation or cooling.

I like the staff. The customer service was great. But the towels and bed sheets smelled very bad. I paid a lot of money, slept in a bed with dirty sheets, and the towels smelled terrible. I don't think they changed my bed sheets or the towels. I don't recommend this hotel. They need to make sure their sheets and towels are washed well and provide nice towels. Also, it's very expensive and not worth it. My friend stayed in a hostel, had clean towels and sheets, and paid half as much as I did. If you are bringing your own towels and don't mind sleeping in a bed with dirty sheets and drying yourself with dirty towels, go here. But if you like nice, clean towels, stay away.

modest but perfect hotel: excellent staff, great location, clean. everything was as expected: it is modest, but perfect for its class.

Clean friendly close to metro

Would have appreciated a box of facial tissue (kleenex) somewhere in the room, which is pretty standard for even the most inexpensive hotels

It was in an excellent location that wasn’t too touristy For the price, the property met my expectations.

Picked this quaint, quiet, old hotel for its location relative to Societe Geologique (2 blocks away) and the Sorbonne university -- which was the purpose of my visit, hence was ideal. Surrounded by small groceries, delicious bakeries, quiet eating places, etc. All one needs for an extended stay -- I was there for 9 days. Breakfast is continental plus hot scrambled eggs, cheese and cold cuts. Rooms are Paris-size (tiny), but does have all the needed desk, closet, etc in a cramped "efficient" space. Fine for one person.

We came from Brittany and had to take a flight at Roissy the next day. The location is perfect for that purpose. Easy to reach from Montparnasse and just a two minute walk to the RER station to get to the airport. The neighborhood is very nice, plenty of restaurants close by and the centre of the 5th arrondissement is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly, the rooms very clean, so all in all a very good choice.

well located. friendly staff. secure. comfortable bed. fat wifi internet paper thin walls. got wake up 3 times in a night. and the worst; their taxi service is a scam. got charged 74€ to CDG instead of the usual 45-50€. avoid their advice to call you a taxi

The staff is accommodating. Communication is superb; emails with questions get an instant replay. The staff at the Hotel was amiable and helpful There is no parking close by. It's a tiny elevator. No Lobby space for a group
