There was only one thing bothering- absolutely awfully strong air perfumization in the room/bathroom. We kept windows open as long as possible to get rid of it.

Charming property, fantastic location and wonderful staff especially Guillaume who can speak Bahasa Malaysia which he learnt from studying the dictionary!

Location is very good, waking distance to major attractions, Back direction is next to a nice neighborhood, happy seeing kids walking to school in the morning. Room is compact yet comfortable settings, very French as expected. Bit noisy some nights as the room is close to a theater and bar, closed windows can keep noise away .

1.Location is incredible, close to major shopping centre's, hop on hop off sightseen bus first stop. 2. Mr. Arnout customer service is outstanding person. We will always remember him for his warm attitude and assistance to hotel guests. 3. Excellent soft mattress and pillows Room was really tiny, enough for one guest only. No space to place 2 medium suitcases. Noisy garbage pick up work at night

location is nice and the girl in the front desk is very nice and helpful room was spacious and comfy first room they give wasn't good with wall view of the next building and was a bit dark, but when I talked to the girl in the reception she changed the room to another nice one which I really appreciated
