We had a room that was away from the street so it was incredibly quiet, which we loved for sleeping. It was an easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores, a lovely Patisserie next door, the Metro, and the front desk folks were lovely.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location, close to the Eiffel Tower. Comfortable room and nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

Location was great and staff was very kind and helpful. The room was extremely small and cleanliness was poor. There were multiple stray hairs on the walls, sink, bathrobe, and on the floor. Old cup stains were present on the table. It was clear the room has seen some age as well. Not what you would imagine for a 4 star hotel. Price was also very high for what you get. The size of the room is likely common for Paris with higher prices but the cleanliness is something that can be controlled.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. It was convenient, clean, comfortable and all the staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend. Will stay again when in Paris. Nothing

Quaint hotel, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Can see the Eiffel Tower from this location.

The location was convenient to the Eiffel Tower and was close to restaurants and bakeries. The hotel room was not what we paid for based on the description provided. For starters, the room we booked was a Superior Room, ground floor with a courtyard view. The picture shows a cute courtyard with pavers and tables. Our room was on the 2nd floor. We overlooked a roof with some cigarette butts. If you lean way forward and then stretch your arm out with a camera you might see a very narrow walkway with some rooms that we were told "in Paris it is considered a courtyard". Our toilet was literally in the shower. We had to remove the toilet paper so it would not get soaked. 2 people could not be in there at the same time. They offered us on day 2 to move us to a courtyard room view like the one in the picture, but we would have to come back after 1 pm and it would be a 2nd floor room still, but we had museum tickets, so we said no and the fact the lady at reception said the room we were in was better anyway. Day 3 we had to move because th heat broke in our room. We stayed in the same building and floor. Same horrible view, the only improvement was the toilet was no longer in the shower. The tv did not work properly at night as the English subtitles did not work. The only English Channel, was CNN. The toilet paper was 1-ply at best and they don't give much extra so we ran out on more than one occasion. The maid did not remove dirty dishes. No ice bucket and only 4 beverages in the mini bar. No instructions on how to use the Nespresso Machine. They provide 2 sugars and no cream in the room. We had to buy milk. Every morning at Breakfast the girl would run after us to ask us for our room number, I'm not sure why, but it was embarrassing none the less. Carpets had some stains, no updates to the room or USB. No local information or hotel information in the room. No instruction on how to use the phone.

The location was great, close to the Eiffel Tower and plenty of restaurants. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful.

Location was great with access to the Eiffel Tower and to the metro. Lots of great restaurants around for meals we didn’t reserve! Loved the plush bathrobes and the stocked fridge each day. Only issue was that the waterfall shower head missed a couple spouts in our bathroom so the water shot out harder than normal while using. We alternated with the handheld head so no big deal

Space is a bit small and hard to walk. We had fun tho jumping the bed lol

Not a 4 stars by any stretch of the imagination. Still don’t get the toilets with shower…
-
Perfect location, very professional staff, quiet room, very good breakfast, clean cool room
-
Friendly staff, charming courtyard, quiet. Room layout was odd and it made moving around the small space even harder.
-
Breakfast should be included at this price point.

Excellent location, reasonably priced and friendly staff. Because of their location the Front desk will have a taxi for you within ten minutes. Rooms are no smaller than what you would typically find in an old building of any large city. "Continental breakfast" to our delight included more than just coffee and rolls... eggs to order! We loved the view, no regrets, but a "courtside" room would have been quieter. When we arrived at the hotel a couple of taxis had some reception issues for credit card payments so bring some cash for backup payment option.
-
location overly expensive for a tiny room and mediocre breakfast (which always opens late)

This property is so charming, our room was named, not numbered. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was excellent, breakfast was eggs made to order and a nice selection from a buffet. Asked for a restaurant recommendation and ate there twice. The only negative was that the air conditioning had been turned off for the year. We kept our window open all night, earplugs were provided but not needed. I didn’t see in the description that a/c was seasonal. European hotel rookie mistake.
