Private room was great, perfect size to be comfortable in. Was able to move the bed next to the window to help with the heat. The shared bathrooms and showers were serviceable. No lift.

No elevator and steep staircase. The room felt cold, like there was a draft somewhere

location is perfect, general cleanliness the blankets seemed very dirty, the central heating was not working and there was no alternative to heat the room while it was a chilly night and the bathroom door was super difficult to close, the WC water debit was not enough

long walk up stairs

Staff was friendly and 24 hour check in, useful for last minute no thrills for a night. Bad location, very weird smell in the room, lots of stairs and a low down bed that was not very comfortable.

Very helpful with English spoken receptionist. Room cleaning everyday, courteous personel, cleaned sanitized towel & sheet…Very convenient area for eating, groceries, metro station. Great view from your window if you can ask for. No elevator for transport suitcase. Tight space restroom. However for this rate, it’s a bargain if you are traveler.

Location Mattresses are old without a lift

Basic accommodation. Nothing fancy. Ok price.

The staff were very rude. I had a leak in my room the first night and their suggested solution was to “not put anyone in the room above me.” And when I insisted on moving because I had items I did not want to get wet, they moved me to the room above the previous one. All they did to fix the leak was to put clear silicone in the shower. Then the next day, they ask me to leave my room’s key with them claiming it was policy. This was not the case since the previous day nor at check in they had made no such claims. They then pointed to a sign saying that the rule was in the sign. I used chat gpt to translate the sign and they were lying. They claimed it was for room service. I told them I didn’t need room service. The next day I find that my towels have been changed. Luckily I had the foresight to take anything of value with me. The staff were clearly lying and trying to rob me.

The location is easy to get to and in a nice neighborhood. The staff was fantastic, they gave great recommendations and helped me get a cab to the airport. Thanks for being the best part of my time in Paris.

Reception staff was exceptional. They welcomed me when I arrived and made my stay extraordinary. They offered to carry my bags. They served me an outstanding breakfast. They made themselves available to ask and respond to any questions. It was a lovely stay. It is my 4th time there and I am already planning my next visit. Beware! No elevator. No air conditioning but the weather was fine. The windows provided a nice breeze with privacy curtains.

Nice location It’s more a hostel than hotel, but good value for money

Really great value compared to the hostels in town. The view is amazing though the steps are steep. Everyone talks about the bathroom and shower size, truly the size of a closet. But the two are separate, there is hot water, and a sink in the room! For me it was great a real Paris experience! Ps they were also very kind to watch my bags the day I checked out and there is tons of great food close by! Everything was great though be prepared for a very steep long climb up the stairs.

Cleanness The stairs to go up are very difficult. It should be totally replaced it doesn’t deserve for any kind of service

There is no elevator, so you'll need to use the stairs to access all levels. I was only with backpack so it was not a problem for me.
